I'm such an idiot lmao. The file needs to be named android_audio.mp3

Haha completely forgot about that.

I changed to android_audio.mp3 and still didn't work. Guess dimebag will rip for a while going to try build prop change

Odd, that's what it should be named to. I'll check later and see if mine works. Can anyone else confirm if this works or not?

Hey, I have been on the original ICS-Leak, I believe .75 for about a month now with the AXI0M CMPLX Modifier V1 script. Is this rom flashable over the modifier script?

No because the modifier script was built for MotoBlur ICS, this build is all AOSP/CM9. Completely different systems.

I'm still gonna check it out lol, it will drive me crazy till I get it.

Just out of curiosity, how long is the audio file you have?

Are you using safestrap? Did you "enable" Safe System?

Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache
flash rom
flash gapps

Those are the install instructions.

If you're downloading it then it's on there.

You have to download them separately. There's a different link in the OP for gapps. If you're downloading them, then you have them somewhere.

I did download both and put both together on external sd they are both there but safestrap will only show the rom zip and not the gapp zip. its there but safestrap is not seeing it.

gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip.md5.....this is the file i downloaded sitting right next to ...KOA_ROM_5-29-2012.zip

I don't know what to say then, it sounds like a safestrap issue which is over my head. You would need to go to the safestrap thread and ask your question there. It's working fine for me, both zip files always show up.

Check that you have the actual zip file and not the md5 file. From your post the file ends in md5 and should end in just zip, The file size is about 49.6 MB. The md5 file just contains the checksum.

Nice catch! Thank you, I didn't even notice that.

Hmmm, I doubt it but maybe it's too big?

Announcement:

Ok so, there was no updated source tonight so I just decided to do a little something for you guys.

Now in the OP is new version of KOA, called KOA-BEATLESS. Now you can have everything you love about KOA ROM without the Beats Audio Mod.

Check under the "New Build" post for the download link. If you're already on KOA ROM and want to download and install the KOA-BEATLESS, you will need to wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, flash ROM, flash gapps, reboot, enjoy!

Keep up the good work Hicks. BTW, how can I enable boot sounds? haven't figured it out yet.
