GAPPS = Google Apps.

whether you can fastboot or not depends on what version you flash this on to of.

I've very impressed at the quick reply's in this forum and spc_hicks09 work on updating this rom so quickly everyday...Had to take the plunge and move to the latest leak since .79 leak was causing battery issues with this rom...Newest leak is alot smoother with the latest update from hicks...Thanks again for all your efforts and time

Can someone explain the difference between these 2 KOA threads? Other than the fact that this one seems to have a more up-to-date- rom, are they the same? Thanks!

Nevermind...I just figured it out...this one is CM9 and the other is AOKP.

One is aokp and this one is cm9. Two different devolopment teams made their own ICS "base rom" based on aosp (google will help with the terms if unfamiliar)

Then hacker and hash code made them work for the Droid razor since it is not officially supported.

After that the resident hick made them FAST!

Ok, getting ready to flash....I am still on GB, so I can upgrade to any version of Leak ICS. I read through the whole thread, and I can't seem to figure out what Leak version is best to be at for minimal issues. Any recommendations?

Anything .79 and lower. Anything higher and you are stuck there. They all have there issues.

Haven't tried it myself, maybe it needs to be in a different format other than MP3? I'll look into it.

You just add an audio file to the directory /system/media

I tried it first leaving file name alone and also changing it to boot_audio.mp3 like aokp. Both no workie

Thanks for the reply. I was able to get it working by clearing the app data.

Your build.prop should have this included and match the file naming convention...

# To enable boot sounds set value to 1 and place /system/media/android_audio.mp3
# or edit /system/bin/bootsound with the name of your audio
ro.config.play.bootsound=1

I'm such an idiot lmao. The file needs to be named android_audio.mp3

Haha completely forgot about that.
