This rom is smoother than Billy D Williams on a Colt 45 commercial. I just can't keep using it cause like all the AOKP roms, I can't keep a steady data in a huge metal and concrete building.

ROB: when you open Quad and go to start test choose custom then UNMARK 2d-3d setting's as you already know HOW your phone look's!! then run the test..

If it's plugged in, it seems to turn off funny. Mine even wants to go into safestrap mode, then needs a hard reset to do anything. I think simply not trying to charge while shutting down is the answer. Then you can plug in and get it to charge. I think it's a .79 issue, though.

I think this is a safestrap issue, although might not be a common bug. It happens with mine and I'm on BW off of .79. It's like safestrap supersedes allowing the phone to "boot" enough to charge. So normally if your phone is off, and you plug it in, you get the dualcore splashscreen, then the battery icon. Mine goes from dualcore to safestrap. If you try to boot the phone, the battery icon flashes for 5 seconds, then the screen goes black. Hard reboots are possible, but you wind up at safestrap again. And I've previously discovered that I can't use safestrap at all when my phone is plugged in, can't boot into recovery, or boot the phone. Was pretty scary for a few minutes when my phone died and I was going through a weird safestrap/battery icon loop and didn't know if it was gonna charge, but it did.

EDIT: Didn't really read your whole post, with the .79 issue. I installed safestrap basically as soon as I flashed .79 so could be that too. I'll be flashing this as soon as my phone charges up!

Hello my fellow razrs; I had no internet connection for about couple hours, tried everything change, toggle GSM/CDMA LTE, rebooted did everything but I couldn't get data connection at all, I was getting a full 4g signal but even though I had 4g single still there was no connection! I just waited about couple hours and later it worked fine without doing anything,...... Anyone else experience this issue? thanks.

Great ROM, thanks. I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems with wifi? I can't seem to make mine connect to anything. It just sits there obtaining an ip address forever. I'm experiencing this on 2 different linksys routers on both the aokp and cm9 build. Also data is strong for me unless I loose signal then its damn near impossible to get it to reconnect.

For those who have had success toggling data are you making changes in only phone info or making changes in both phone info and phone settings?

This happened to me yesterday. The battery went from 20% to 1% in about 5min & then it turned off before I could get back to my charger. Had a tough time getting it to reboot but once it did I had no signal at all. Tried the toggle, didn't help no matter how long I left it in GSM only, so once it charged I reverted back to non-safe with stock .79 for now.

Is the better reporting messed up? I'm at 100% and 3 hours later with lots of usage. Is it just that good.

Any of the leaks prior to .203 have erratic reporting.

Might be just luck...I went into Phone Info toggled to CDMA only, waited until I got 1x signal then toggled to LTE/CDMA and signal came back.

and plus I was at work, so I had to use my internet lol, but I really like the rom and the dev, so I have to be patient though..
