I haven't seen anyone address the "Low Storage" issues some people are getting with SS3. Could the people getting this error be a little more specific to how many apps they are loading and how much space they show left when getting this error message? Maybe Hash or someone can give us an answer. I would like to hear more about this before making the move from 2 to 3.

Thanks.

I did a complete wipe and fastboot before I installed v3. I haven't had one of those messages acne I have 2 Rom slots at 2 gigs a piece.

The only way this could get better would be if I could browse the web and listen to music while flashing roms jk.

Great job as always Hashcode!

As long as you choose to give your rom-slot enough space for the apps you are going to install, you shouldn't see this message.

so do the roms need to be on the internal sd card or does it matter if they are on the external sd card?

Do you mean the ROM zip file that you want to install? if that's what you mean, it can be in either place and then you can navigate and choose which rom to flash in safestrap. If you're asking where they are installed, internal sd

store it on your external.your internal will be where partitions are made so you'll want to save as much space as you can.

Install the ss apk and then open it and hit the install recovery button. Once you've done that you access it the same way as the old recoveries.

Is it safe to assume we are now Flashing on the Unsafe Partition so to speak, I updated to SS3.04 and there is no option to enable safe side....

I love this so far. I appear to have reached my max with 3 custom roms and 1 stock rom. I can't wait until we will be able to work from the external sd card. Then the sky truly will be the limit.
Had a couple of issues where I couldnt update a few apps because of low memory issues. To fix I just deleted the apks from system/apps, did a reboot and reinstalled from the market with no issues.
Thanks for all of your work Hashcode

The unsafe side is the ROM slot labeled 'Stock' that we can't flash for now.

unsafe side is stock slot, safe side is the rom slots. each rom slot creates an individual partition separate from the unsafe partition, at least thats the way i am understanding it

As long as you followed the OT & updated to SS 3.04 on the "Unsafe" side(Stock in red), all rom slots will be on the "Safe" side(green).
