Updated the OP to version 3.05 which includes:

- Fix for sharing the SD card / internal emmc via recovery (UMS)
- Fixed the install/update function for Safestrap while currently in a ROM-slot (don't do this when updating to 3.05 -- but it's safe after that).

@JJ- I had the same problem. I went to go back to the stock ROM and it was stuck on the splash screen. I had to do a FDR (factory data reset) to get it back. It sucks I know but that is what fixed it for me. It sure beat nuking my phone.

Does this mean we can just install the update over the existing, keeping the roms we already have on it?

Did you uninstall safestrap 2 while on the non-safeside? if not I would use the RAZRutility 1.82 option 1 to fastboot 211 back to stock if you can't get into recovery and start over fresh.<br /><br />Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk 2<br /><br />

All I did was download the updated safestrap and install it in my 1st slot Rom then run it and update/install new recovery. Rebooted and all seems well. Don't know if I did anything wrong by doing it this way or not. It wasn't clear to me if/that we had to be in STOCK side to update or not. ?

Hash's tweet from earlier:

Hashcode (@Hashcode0f) tweeted at 9:19 PM on Wed, Oct 17, 2012:
I'll get a new Safestrap 3.05 out for the other phones in a few hours. But only if everyone promises to do the update on the STOCK ROM.

It was made abundantly clear by Hashcode to install on stock only. See above instructions!

Ok, I guess I screwed up and missed that part as in it went totally over my head. I thought it was refering to another function within safestrap itself. How do you suggest I fix the issue since I mistakenly ran the app in a Slot Rom? Everything seems ok though so far and the recovery lists as 3.05

Well that refreshing to find out that I'm a dumbass and also don't follow the tweets to clear up the instructions more precisely. Now my question. What have I ____ed up by loading this within a slot ROM since I'm too stupid to follow directions and didn't do it in stock?
