I know that aokp is better on battery than stock , but now I am at 6 hours and am down 45% I wiped bat stats when I installed and also this morning immediately following my reboot.... no other issues, so I don't think a wipe and fresh install is called for, I also don't believe its a bad download.....I have tried the battery monitor apps and they basically tell me nothing that the onboard battery menu does!! Ughh Confused, this is for CDMA. you cant flash it without a gsm patch., which is not found in here as this is the CDMA section.
if you leave ur phone plugged in when rebooting, ive noticed the battery level will either go up 10% or down 10% which can make it seem like it is draining faster... use battery calibration or look on play for an app that will show what processes are using the most battery... because battery is better on aokp/cm9 over stock.

Try an app called better battery stats, it shows the battery useage of each process, wakelocks (eat massive amounts of battery), how many times it occurs and the length of time. Much more involved than the stock battery information will give you. I use that and an app called Battery Monitor Widget Pro, tracks your battery history as well. Also tells you the voltage youre pulling, % per hour and temp of your battery

Is this the first charge since you flashed the ROM? It takes a full charge or two before the battery life gets noticeably better.

Well wiped battery stats in recovery......and today with no usage whatsoever ( except this post) my battery dropped 12% in 1 hour and 6 minutes .....this is wrong on every level........time to wipe and reinstall I guess and hope for the best otherwise I may as well go back to my Tbolt.....a whopping 4 hours on a full charge

not sure what rom your on, how you installed or if you flashed updates..
suggestion, use a file manager and pull phonesky.apk and place on your sdcard, go into system/app and delete phonesky.apk, reboot. open your file manager, goto sdcard and move the phonesky.apk to your system dir, set permissions to rw-r--r-- and then move it into system/app. might need to reboot but play should work. before doing all this goto app drawer, and long press on play and goto app info, see what version you had, and try clearing data for the app..... worth a shot.

You could reflash with all the wipes including format system and either sign in with another google (but dont let it restore anything) or create new and see if it does anything.and I'm not syncing and the haptic feedback on the soft keys is not working either... I've cleaned cashes and davlik ... what now?

I think it was the red widow aokp theme i tried to use. i flashed again and everything worked.
It probably was the theme. I may have uploaded the wrong zip. I'll look at it today and get it back up with the version that has no fc's.
