first off im new around here. usually have a friend root and flash a rom on my phone for me as i'm a fan of having control over my phone. not to mention being able to customize it more to my liking. anyways i just wanted to say a big thank you to you guys. i just got my razr less than a week ago and have been lurking on here for a few days now. ended up doing everything myself and putting this rom on my phone and everything works great that i can tell so far. so once again, a thanks to all helpful posts in making this possible to figure out rather easily for myself not to mention the work that went into the making of this rom!

what are you doing to get scores like that?

I forgot to mention that I'm over clocked at 1350 mhz using hotplug governor and what ever the I/O is set under the performance settings.

no it doesnt matter. 211 - 215, its all the same, 3.0.8 kernel. flash away~

I forgot to mention that I'm over clocked at 1350 mhz using hotplug governor and what ever the I/O is set under the performance settings.

btw, if your using hotplug, you should use rom toolbox and change the I/O scheduler to Noop. its a great pair and should help a lil with battery.

Sure is running smooth. I ran other roms like gummy, even themed compiled gummy rom myself. I run stock cause I do use and need some blur features. Been wanting to try this since GB but things happen, lol. Again very nice and smooth.

Flashed this as my first custom ROM on my RAZR and I'm loving it so far! Quick question - if I have an older version of this ROM on my phone and I want to update it to the newer version, do I just follow the same steps I did the first time? Or do I need to do some fancy footwork like going back to stock first?

A wipe of dalvik and cache should do just fine as long as you're going to a newer version of the same rom

Its a built in app so all you can do is disable it by going to settings>apps>click on apex>disable.

Love the from ....really awesome jib very fluid and fast my daily driver lately.....one issue is my battery life today with almost no usage perhaps a quick call and 4 texts .....my battery has dropped 14% in just over 2.5 hours and I am using CPU sleeper plus juice defender set to aggressive......any ideas what could be the basis I have my display brightness at 18% which is very dim .....black wallpaper a stock clock widget ......It seems pretty excessive......stock I usually had 2% an hour drain using the same .....not over clocked or under volt just bare bones

Quick question though, is there any way of getting the normal AOKP icons instead of the black-themed ones? Just find it rather disconcerting to have b/w icons mixed with my other colourful icons.

this is for CDMA. you cant flash it without a gsm patch., which is not found in here as this is the CDMA section.

if you leave ur phone plugged in when rebooting, ive noticed the battery level will either go up 10% or down 10% which can make it seem like it is draining faster... use battery calibration or look on play for an app that will show what processes are using the most battery... because battery is better on aokp/cm9 over stock.

no, i have each apk edited within the rom. if you dont like u can download a stock icons pack from play and apply through Apex/Nova.
