Can you flash stock firmware without roor or unlocked bootloader? If you can please provide me the flashing tool and the firmwares.
Im flashing the latest JB, so no worries I ain't bricking my phone.

Here is a listing of Motorola firmware:  http://sbf.droid-developers.org/  You'll need to flash it through RSD or ADB.

Are all of these unlocked? I mean my current firmware accepts my SIM. If I change firmware, would it still read it?

They are all stock firmware.  I don't know if your card will read.  If you get the one designed for your phone model, it should still work.
