Weird thing is 206 and 209 have done it. No issues w 75 or 84 as far as audio. 206 did it more often and 209 has done it only twice.I haven't run into that issue ever on mine.

I don't know how to reproduce it. Everything installed smooth every time.
Basically I can be using the phone and when I watch YouTube, the audio never starts. Volume rocker doesn't correct. If I go menu/settings/sound/volumes and move the media rocker left and right no sound is made But if I slide the slide below it I get sound immediately. Then if I slide media after it makes sound. Then I can go back to YouTube and it works fine.

That's a weird one. Just out of curiosity, Have you ever used any audio tweaks like "Beats" or anything?
Guess one could only hope it was a more common problem - that way it gets fixed before the OTA..

In the case of a rare bug like this, it is often times system specific. Hardware that had previously unused resources, that are now being accessed can expose previously unknown faults. Extensive flashing could have created a bad sector in the memory that is not being detected and avoided for some reason. There is also the possibility that there is corrupted software or an app interaction we are not aware of. Having a problem show up periodically for one person and nobody else is not a clear sign at all that something in the functional code needs fixed. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that this is his fault or not a software related problem, but it just makes it very unlikely that it is the software.

Are we sure when they say "Q2" they are even talking about "calendar" Q2. A lot of companies fiscal calendars and regular calendars are different. Q2 could mean this summer for all we know.

Fiscal calendars are publicly accessible information in a public company so 'all we know' is dependent on taking 15 seconds to Google it. That being said, stating a quarter to the public almost universally means calendar year.

Seriously, they mean fiscal q2? That means between July to sept?

Maybe they meant federal government fiscal year, which runs from October thru September. Lol
