Well, some Mounted... Others No...
SS 3.65... Works...

Just for the hell of it... What is Checked off in the Mount System to flash this ROM mind... Nothing is checked off to mount the process

It's Bubba

Out of my league here a bit Bubba :-).. I know you are much more well versed in these matters just based on what I've read from you in previous other instances.  All I know is that in this case, the first time I flashed I got the message of no "os" when attempting to reboot after the flash.  I just backed out and started over.

Haven't had the rom up and running for long, but all seems well at this point.  My concern now is more with the backup/restore end of things with 3.65 and how the file locations are setting up.. Just seems much different than 3.11 at this point for me.

Yep.. just mounted system and the flash was successful. I did not mount data. Letting the rom set a bit and then I'll continue to explore it. The issue I had with 3.65 came into play when I wanted to restore a previously backed up rom from 3.11. Nothing appeared in my sdcard-ext except the initial directory containing my original nandroid backup of stock 4.1.2 from when I first installed 3.11. Now,, I was able to flash a couple of additional roms and backed them up with success, but they end up right in the same directory as my stock backup when I chose micro sdcard as backup location. None of the other files or directories appear in the restore browser in ss3.65.

Having not had to much experience with ss3.65, I didn't know if this was all that normal.. it just didn't seem right to me.. wondering if I should just start with a clean slate with regard to ss3.65 now even though it seems to be handling most everything I attempt to do with it now.

Use a file explorer and move your old backups under the new 00000000 directory, then 3.65 will find them.

Been using Blurry and love the ROM. I've only run into one issue. I can't seem to run a backup for it. When I swipe for the backup in ss , I get a backup failed message. Anyone have a fix? Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk

Just rename the backup and it'll work fine. The generated name is too long, or contains special characters, don't remember which . I just name it BLRY2.2- and then hit append date.

Thanks! That was the ticket. Have you used TBO at all? I like the inverted apps, but this app doesn't seem to be working all that well?

Haven't used it myself, but from what I understand, most of the blacked out gapps have been upgraded to KitKat and don't work well on the older roms.

Hey guys.happy new year to everyone. I just wanted to see if anyone has the occasional problem I do on blurry. I've been on blurry since October. Maybe once every couple of days my phone locks up. I will go to turn the screen on to check the time, but it won't wake up and the hard key lights will lit up. Nothing I do will wake it up. I have to do the "battery pull" reset. Everything else's works great with it, but this is a problem I've noticed over the past month or so. Any thoughts or ideas will be appreciated. The phone is not oc'd. Running pegasusq and deadline.

How Often do you Power Down your Phone?  I noticed if I keep it plugged in for 2 to 3 days in a row, I will have UI System Issues...Then I'll do a Hotboot to refresh the UI system...

One thing that makes a huge difference is to make sure that cache cleaner runs every morning. It keeps mine running extra blurrylicous.

Need some help, I had Blurry on my phone and liked it but decided to try CM 10.1. Did not like it so went to put Blurry back on - now it just hangs on the "B" screen. I didnt have any problems the first time I installed it. Am I missing something? I even rebooted wiped everything and reflashed - still same problem.

Did you wipe the caches after you flashed?

Try a new slot or delete the slot and remake it.

I did delete the slot and remake it as I changed the  app storage size but I will try a different slot

Ok one more issue and then I think its all good. When I go to the Blurry updates under settings I get an invalid ROM and device combo. It is still listing the device as cdma_spyder from the CM 10.1 ROM. How can I change that?
