I don't have dial pad vibrations, but I think you may be correct in that you need to turn off all touch vibrations to do that.

EDIT: In system settings/sounds, toggling 'vibrate on touch' does change the dial pad vibration. That is the only place I can find to change that. I didn't find a separate setting for dial pad touch vibration. Hope this helps.

Thanks, yea I found the same thing....oh well not a big deal anyways. I'll probably keep the vibration on because I like it on the soft keys more than I dislike it on the dial pad.
The fact that the wifi notification keeps coming up even though I have that setting turned off is a bit strange but not a big deal either.
Thanks again!

Just had to chime in on my experience because it was noteworthy. I now have the best, hands down, battery life I have ever experienced with my Razr Maxx. I usually have BT on and play music. It just amazes me because I came from a version of PA and that was cool because there are so many options but it wasnt the most battery friendly.
I LOVE the fact that acId is built in to this rom. Major plus!!
I am going to do a backup and then flash Noozxoide because, to me, it is the best compliment to a ac!d ROM.Hopefully everything works as well after that.

I had been running fine on 1.1 and flashed 1.2. During install had an issue with TiBU stopping every time I tried to use it. Downloaded from the app store and it works fine now. I also had several random reboots during the setup, Also had some other apps (gallery, google, superuser) stopping randomly. Never had this with 1.1. Before I go further with setup of 1.2 I am going to get the 1.3 and 1.4 updates installed and see how it works. I may end up going back to 1.1 since it worked so well without any of these random happenings. 1.1 is an awesome ROM. I will update with my experiences on 1.4.

I have done a comparison of V1.4 and 1.1. This is for my phone with both versions installed in the same slot (slot 4). Other phones may behave differently from what I understand. I ran 1.1 for a while, then swapped to 1.2, through 1.4 after the 1.4 update came out. I did a close observation of how 1.4 behaved, then swapped back to 1.1 and observed that behavior.
The bottom line is that I think that Blurry V1.1 is the best ROM I have used.
There is definitely less lag in V1.1 for almost every app I use. In fact, I would say that 1.1 is the fastest smoothest ROM I have used. I have had no apps randomly stop when running 1.1.
V1.4 had frequent random stops for several apps. Chrome was very laggy and often stopped on 1.4. Had to uninstall it from 1.4 Chrome works fine in 1.1. The Dolphin browser works fine for me in 1.4. Using No-Frills CPU with settings of 325-1325, pegasusq, sio seems to be the best for me on V1.4.
Setting all of the animation settings to 0.5 in the developer options (as recommended above in this thread) seems to speed things up visually, but does not actually eliminate lag in app response.
With V1.4 most apps opens quickly to a blank screen, then take a while for the app display to come up. On V1.4 there is also more lag from the lock screen which seems to be variable in length. For V1.4 there is occasionally a significant lag issue when the screen goes blank on time out and you immediately restore it. I haven’t had to reboot as some people have, but have had to wait 30 seconds or so before I could get the phone to respond. This seems to be pretty rare though. This never occurred on V1.1.
I haven’t had any more random reboots after updating from V1.2 to 1.4. (see post above)
I agree that lag in many cases is more of a perception than a real thing, but I carefully observed the behavior of the two versions before making my choice to stick with V1.1 because it responds faster and is less buggy than the later versions.
Great ROM. Thanks to the dev.

I'm running some task killers to clean up the lag which are working quite well! "Floating Touch" / "Android Assistant" / "Android Booster". As long as I keep my free memory in the high 200s or preferably 300s, I'm good to go. I monitor this with Temp Cpu widget App.

My only request Nooxoide built in as a system audio tweak or somehow replacing the standard audio eq. Maybe an option to choose? I know I was able to flash a zip many months ago that would do this but I see they updated the nooxoide apk to not need that flashing. Just install the apk. But it didnt work like before when it somehow replaced old eqs and inserted intself in place.

Dirty flash 1.2 over top. Don't oc anymore.

That worked. I then updated using OTA. (No more overclocking for me, as you recommended.)
Now, what I have happen a few times is that the phone will fail to come out of sleep mode. The LED may be flashing for a notification, but the only way to get the phone to respond is to hold down the power button and the lower volume button.
Also, there has been an increase in lag.
Is there any kind of logging I can turn on to help troubleshoot? (Then again, would logging slow it down to start with?)
Thanks!

I am still using the AC!D mod v5, which can be found here....
They recommend only using 1 add on, which I picked Awesome Beats.
Here is the mod for Noozxoide...
So, I would try to reflash the AC!D v5, then flash the Noozxoide mod. Probably not a bad idea to delete the Awesome Beats apk as well. Let me know how it goes.

The logging has been turned off. As far as lag goes...try wiping cache and dalvik cache first. If your still lagging, rnh has a few posts about how he changed governors and has been lag free.

I've ran into a problem with my gmail "Push" no longer working correctly. I have two gmail accounts and I'll send a test message and not get it at all OR like 20 minutes later. It instantly is received on my tablet. Tried deleting and re-creating the accounts to no avail.

Pretty sure that is not a ROM issue.

Any idea on where to begin to troubleshoot it?
