oK I take back what I said, heh.  This ROM has locked up on me now 5 times in one evening. Mostly when coming back from sleep. It goes to sleep and I don't want it to so I immediately bring it back up. The screne comes on but it immediately locks up on the unlock screen. This last time I thought it was a boot loop as it booted a couple times before coming back up.  I did nothing but use it as I have always used it.  Oh well.  Hope the kinks get worked out. Looked like a very nice ROM when it was working.  I would say, however, that it seemed to be working fine until I went into the CPU control ap in the settings screen and under clocked it.  It seemed a bit laggy then so I put it back on stock.  After that the lockups started where I have to three finger salute it to reboot it.

My install scenario:

Installed to an unused slot2 by createing the slot, then following instructions.  Liked it so much on slot two that I decided to trash both slot two and my daily driver slot1. (slot 2 only had 1GB space, slot1 has 2gb space). Then recreated slot1, wiped as per instructions, then installed.  It behaved a little odd after installing to slot1.  The themed keyboard was no longer present, and somehow it already knew my gmail settings when going into play store.  This was after deleting slot1, wipeing per instructions, then installing. *shrug*

Will try another delete/wipe/install but such a pain to reload everything hehe.

Hope my input is helpful.  :-)

Sounds to me like safestrap is messed up.

Yikes,

I hope not, heh.  That would suck.

Great rom thus far.

Took the plunge from beta to 1.2-1.4 today... very impressed. This rom is now my dd.

@Shinare, if SS is the problem just uninstall it and do a factory reset to stock... re-root and down load a clean version of SS.

I know it sounds like a lot of work, but well worth it in the end.

PS> Is navigation missing?

It is now built into the maps app. No more separate app.

This rom was a bit laggy first couple days. I've now changed governors to smartassv2 and overclocked to 1300 with tweakerz app. Seems to have settled down now.

Oh oh...

I'm stuck in a boot loop on my Razr (with the OTA updates 1.2 and then 1.4).

Last thing I did before the looping started was to overclock via the CPU options.  I then hit the "reboot" option.  Since then, it boots up with the blue Moto screen, counts up the memory, etc., goes into the "Blurry" logo, starts up OK, but then about 5 seconds later, reboots.  I can't get into the setup quickly enough to set it back to normal clocking.

Any kind of "safe mode" in Blurry or a script I can modify? (Can I even access such scripts by mounting storage via SafeStrap?)

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide!

Just want to report back I finally had time to test Webtop on stock side and it does still work without the system ui force closes.

Hmm...not sure. Could be due to the rom being deodexed. Or I could of deleted something and broke it.

I could never get Tweakerz to work. Every time I click on a loaded module it would lock up. I downloaded No-frills CPU and set max freq to 1000, min freq to 300, Gov to smartassV2, I/O to deadline and it has eliminated lag and freeze ups, so far. Did this last night so haven't gone a full 24 hours yet. If someone else with serious lag could try this also? Also, battery seems to be better...6 hours use today and down only 17%.

I just want to add a note that I am seeing what others have reported. Where the phone refuses to wakeup and I have to do the 3-finger reboot. Once I reboot it all runs fine. I've had this happen twice now since I installed the ROM on Thursday night. When it does run, it runs great. While this is a minor inconvenience it is still something that I believe must be addressed.

I'm not getting any of that but am still experiencing a build up of lag after the phones been on for several hours. This could be do to a rougue app I suppose. Otherwise, this ROM is running great for me and is my daily.

Have you tried No-Frills CPU? That seems to have fixed freezing/lag for me.

I'm using rom toolbox pro to set cpu max and min. Switched to hotplug, max set at 1300 min at 300, sio, used sd booster on rom tool box pro, uninstalled acoustic warning, changed animations in developer settings to .5x and not sure what did it but seems even better now lol Sent from my DROID RAZR using Xparent Green Tapatalk 2

I am having same problem on AOKP.  Phone will not come out of sleep.   Had to go back to stock setup.

Could never get Blurry to load as always got stuck on the 'thismay take a while' screen.  Looks like should activate slot 3 and then load into slot 2 to fix.  Plan to hit this rom after things are worked out

Thanks for the suggestions. So far I just went with freezing "Acoustic Warning" with TIBU and did change all the animation settings under developers to the .5 settings. I use a little widget called "Temp+CPU" on my home screen and it also reports on memory and when mine dips into the 100s, my phone is usually sluggish and I have to start engaging my task killers to free up memory for it to speed things up.

Been running this ROM for 4 days and have not had any lag issues at all. Overclocked to 1325, smartassv2, sio when screen is on, using max of 625, hotplug, sio when screen off. No wake issues to report. Also, adjusted min-free values using Rom Toolbox, zero problems so far.

Doesn't that use an exorbant amount of battery life up? and also, what do you mean by max of 625? Is that all your clocking it to with smartassv2 with screen on? I'm up for experimenting ;) Imagine I could do the same with SetCPU or should I be using NoFrills?
