Is this ROM able to be overclocked? I know the files are there but they give me an error when I try to flash em...........

I pulled them due to a script change. They will be re-added. Going to see if I can get my idea to work.
In the meantime, Gary's idea of using tweakerz is a great solution for now. Just remember they won't stick on a reboot.

Great suggestion. Just came home from work and pulled the 4.1.2 browser. Syncs great. You may want to use it as your non-chrome browser. Thanks!

Thanks. Not a huge fan of stock browser myself, but I can add it back in.

I would use any that end in x or pegasusq. They are the ones that shut 1 core down when its not needed. Saves battery. Smartassv2 proves to be fast, but my android os ran high and your 2nd core will not shut down.

Thanks. I've been running pegasusq with great success so far, so I'll probably just leave well enough alone. I'm rocking an OG Razr, therefore battery life is very important to me. Having that 2nd core shut down is a must.

Just flashed 1.2 this morning. I too flashed it dirty over previous version. No problems so far. governors stay loaded..tweakerz setting hold until a reboot. This is becoming my daily driver. Almost everything I add to a ROM is already in there. Great job with this ROM.

Anyone using the Blackout Updater App and having issues? The apps i can install while in the rom go through just fine, but any that need to be flashed (Playstore) I cant seem to get them to flash properly.

Haven't tried any of the flashables. Not sure I'd trust any generic flashing method. Have you tried extracting the apks & pushing them manually?

very nice rom. different than anything i have used in the past. its a bit laggy for me , but that started as soon as i use the animation changer. Gonna go back to stock animations and see if its better. The lockscreen is extremely laggy and when someone calls the answer screen is laggy as well. Idk if it was the TIbu app restores that lagged it up but i noticied mostly after the animation change. Nice rom though, best audio tools i have seen yet. Hail audiophiles!

Did you update busybox? Its been stated multiple times in this thread as a remedy for lag.

First, thank you to the devs for an excellent ROM.  Working very nicely using Safestrap 3.11.

I had previously started a thread regarding docking (no longer working):

Please Login or Register to see this Hidden Content

Is there a setting or some log file I can review to determine if the phone is detecting my vehicle dock and/or bedside dock, but ignoring them for some reason?

I have the issue no matter what ROM I use and this only started happening (even with a complete re-flash, no Safestrap, no root) after I rooted the phone, so I certainly can't say that it's specific to Blurry.  However, I like Blurry and would like even better if docking would work.

Thanks for any help/ideas/insight that you may be able to provide.

It would be nice to have dock recognition back, but for now I just turn mine on manually via activity shortcuts (don't need extra apps to access either mode).

If he's on 1.2, then the BusyBox update won't do anything as those changes have already been incorporated into the latest build.

I'm not seeing any lag whatsoever, but I haven't messed with the animation changer myself. So that could be the culprit. Tibu restores can also play havoc with a new ROM if something isn't quite compatible.

On 1.1 i tried out some of those animations myself and got some really bad problems on some of them, including lag and force closes on my launcher.  As soon as I went back to stock it was fine, so I'd say change those animations back and see what happens.

Good catch. That's what happens when I post anything before my first cup of coffee.

Hmm... The app worked great for the bionic builds.  However, we forced GPU, set animations to 0.5, and didn't run stock launcher.  We make users run Nova or Apex.

No worries. Happens to the best of us!

I really cannot say enough good things about this ROM. I honestly can't really think of anything else it needs.

Bring it on! I'm anxious to find out what else you have in store. I'm definitely curious to play with those overclocking mods.
