So far so good with new slot. Starting fresh and going from 1gb to 2gb data partition and restoring "Data Only" from previous Nandroid via safestrap/twrp restore.

I have finally settled on this ROM as my daily driver. Created new slot with a 2gb partition and running 1.2 with 0 issues and loving it. Took me a while to find the ROM I wanted. I was using Buttered but Blurry is running much better . Keep up the great work !!!

Question: Is there any way I can edit something / modify the selection for [Text app - default now] on the lockscreen to make it load up [Textra - the texting app I use] ?

The only thing I've noticed thru the different builds is that when my phone is charging it gets quite hot. Is this normal and anyone else have this issue?

The stock browser doesn't sync with the chrome computer browser as it does with other blur roms except for flying jelly.  I hate the chrome android browser and prefer the stock browser.  I frequently change bookmarks for work purposes.  Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Mine has been fine. I didn't change any of the charing properties, so not sure why your seeing this.

This is aosp browser. Pull your stock browser from stock side or flying jelly.

Thanks for replying and I was sort of trying to have to avoid adding another app (Lockscreen) like widget locker and hoping there was a file I could edit or something to point the original ROM lockscreen to the different texting app I mentioned. :

I believe there is a way by editing either framework-res.apk or systemui.apk. I think its framework-res.apk since the lockscreen files are located there. Im about to be in class for 4-5 hours but Ill try to look into it later tonight if Im not super tired after class. By the time I get home I will have been up for 24 hours... again...

1.2 is working beautifully for me! I'm exceedingly happy with Blurry. Beautiful theme, excellent performance (3047 Quadrant score), and solid battery life. Thanks, devs.

 

What's everyone using for their governor? There are many options to choose from here, and I'm just curious what people are doing.

Great suggestion. Just came home from work and pulled the 4.1.2 browser. Syncs great. You may want to use it as your non-chrome browser. Thanks!

Flashed v1.2 this afternoon after flashing 1.1 (very laggy) and the difference is night and day; very responsive! Excellent job. May become my daily. Keep up the good work!

Use the built in tweakerz app. You can adjust the freq/voltages for each CPU slot.

It is the framework-res. I found it to be very complex to figure out. Pretty sure I know how to add the aosp lockscreen though, but that won't help with the request.

I would use any that end in x or pegasusq. They are the ones that shut 1 core down when its not needed. Saves battery. Smartassv2 proves to be fast, but my android os ran high and your 2nd core will not shut down.
