I plan to listen to some music via Google Play Music on my way home from work today. I'll report back later on to let you know if I experienced any strangeness with it. I'll also mess around with Pandora.

Try changing the audio setting to high.  Also, make sure to update Adaway and reboot.  it is possible that the ads are interfering.  

I Don't use adaway and I have the audio settings to high. It's the strangest thing. Over the last 6 months or so i've installed at least 10  roms and never seen this problem. I don't remember 1.0 having it

I'm also having audio issues. I use Google Play Music and Spotify for music and every minute or so the music will stop, becoming flat sounding or completely stopping as it did in beta and 1.0. Its not just music its anything that plays audio when my headphones are plugged in. I've tried to flash DSP Manager because I've never had a problem with that unlike BEATS but with no luck. I've also tried freezing BEATS with Titanium Backup but I still run into the same problem.

I listened to music for well over 30 minutes on my commute home with both Google Music and Pandora, and I did not experience any issues whatsoever. I do use Adaway, and it blocked the ads in Pandora flawlessly. Not sure what the problem could be for you other guys.

I am listening to Pandora with no issues. High quality settings and turned off the conserve battery setting.

Just did a fresh install wiped cache and dalvik and fixed permissions, Didn't add any apps and couldn't play any music files. adaway wasn't allowed superuser access. Very strange.

I am a strong supporter for this ROM.  I have fresh installed and ran it without running TiBu without my apps.  I also ran it with TiBu with all my settings/apps.  I had no issue running Pandora every day with no issues on all previous versions of this ROM but this update provides this response linked.  Ran Adaway on and off for all Pandora tests.

Interesting. So yours plays well past the 1 min issue. Still not sure if ad away cause the issue. Did u reboot after updating ad away?

google music player.  But I've tried poweramp before. Same result. And it causes any audio, such as tune in radio, to have brief skips quite regularly. Adaway is not the problem since I don't allow it root permissions.

This test was all different from the video posted.  First song stopped after 1:25. Second test stopped at 56 seconds.  Third was at 1:03.  I tested with both AdAway on and off.  And just created a new rom slot before AdAway update I try to log in to pandora with my account and it just spins at the logon screen.  Screen goes black after it times out and when waking it up it asks for password again.  If I put in a wrong password it flags it immediately, if correct password is put in it attempts to connect but never logs in on this fresh install.

I don't have the play store version of pandora installed I have a broken copy of full pandora that I've been using for about a year. I will check the audio settings though. Thanks for the help.

Only thing I did was change those 2 settings. I am running WiFi though too.

I use Pandora and after about a minute of playing a song it jumps to the next song. Kind of strange.....

I was having this problem, but after Busybox update, problem is gone.....along with the lag.  ROM is running great now!!!!

Thank you so much! This fixed my audio issues and a few others. I love this ROM and didn't want to give it up over this issue, as I use headphones over half the time I'm on my phone.

Updated Busybox and lag is almost gone. Pandora is not skipping tracks. I haven't played with Ac!d yet, hope it works. Anyone come up with a good scheduler/governor setting? Thanks for the fix.

I to streamed Pandora over Bluetooth in my MKZ on the way home yesterday (20 minute drive) without any issues. Didn't mess around with Ac!d or any of the other audio tweakers yet though.

Just added busybox and updated it. The music player (rocket and google music players which I have) now play normally. Thank you bfederspill! Problem solved! The developers can now breath a sigh of relief. I use acid and beats; no interference there. Great job .
