No biggie, but I do have to convert my stock rom to 4.2.2 or can I just flash this coming from black widow 4.1.2?

Leave you stock slot. CM10.1 needs to go in slot 1, but CM11 can go in any slot. So if BW is in slot 1, you can back it up, delete the slot, recreate it and then flash CM10.1. You can then restore you BW backup to a different slot if you like.

Hmm... Well I didn't mess with the contacts at all so I don't think anything I have done would cause that. Let me know how it goes

Which safe strap version are you using? If you're using ss3.6x, then active your stock slot, click on the old slot and press delete. Then you can select the slot and create it.

Help!! I went to install and I seen the boot animation for a couple seconds then it went to a black screen. Any help on what I did wrong?

Did you wait for a few minutes? I think on one of the older builds the boot animation was only a few seconds long and then it went to a black screen for the rest of the boot time. Which version were you flashing?

Just a few questions. Would uninstalling apollo  do anything? I bought Poweramp so I'd prefer that one lol and is there anyway to toggle between 3G and 4G?

No, it wont mess with anything. You can uninstall Apollo with Tibu if you have the paid version. As for the 3G/4G toggle, it should be in the quick settings portion of settings. I'm not entirely sure if it works or not since I haven't tried it myself.

I just figured it'll save battery so why not lol but what about the animations? I wanna have when it when I hit the power button it'll do the old school TV animation to go to a black screen. For the settings part about 3G also which option do I select? CDMA (PRL) right?

Also I tried putting on a custom boot animation and it didn't work?  It was custom built for a Razr so anyone know why it's not working? I know the CM boot animation didn't work either. It worked for probably 2 seconds then went black. This boot didn't show nothing but a black screen. I really love my boot animations so could someone help me figure out this mystery?

4.4 CM has different sizing and specs so normal boot animations won't work.

The ROM can currently auto-switch from 4G to 3G and back, but forcing 3G doesn't currently work.

There was a fix that was approved this morning that should be in an upcoming build

There is a known bug that Apps installed to SD are lost on reboot.

 

Some apps automatically install to SD. I don't know if that was the case for these Apps, but for the time being keep all Apps on the phone and move any that installed onto SD back to the phone before you reboot.

It'll tell me app not installed. Like I get everything else to come up fine. It says something like app is dangerous or something.

Great ROM love everything about it. Only problem I've had is WiFi tether starts but doesnt work. I am not able to find the hotspot. Has anyone else had a similar issue or knows how to fix it
