This one shows the transparency a bit better.
What happens if you tap the status bar?

Only issue I am currently getting is that I am not getting audio from any of my apps (Youtube, Apollo), additionally I can not hear when someone calls but they can here me. Otherwise, great work and really fast.
Anyone else have these issues or know how to resolve?

Did you do a clean install including deleting the ROM slot?

Awesome...
Just did clean install and all is well.
Can you do the battery icons as an update.zip as well when you change them?

I did a clean install, deleted the ROM slot, locked a gps (per earlier instructions) in stock, created a new ROM slot, did full wipe, flashed. After everything was up and running and I realized the issue I also went back in and wipe cache and dalvik and fixed permissions.
The issue is intermittant and I know not an issue with audio over all because I can still her my ringtone, notifications, etc. Any ideas or anyone else having similar issue?
Amazingly smooth ROM otherwise! Fastest I've had on phone yet.

The MMS dark theme is only for the quick reply feature. I will black out the MMS with time.
As for Apex, it must pull the status bar background from another image. So I think you'll be stuck with it if you use Apex.

I found a possible fix over at XDA Forums to try to get 3g to stop dropping out . It says to go into the "More" section of Settings and go to the "Mobile Broadcasts" option. Then, uncheck all of the boxes. I'm not sure if it works or not, but it's worth a try. I'll see if it helps or not.
I have been on this "fix" for a couple days now, and it appears to be working. I drive through 3g areas on the way to work. It used to go to No Service, and not come back without a reboot. Now, It does not drop service.

Thanks for the information! I'll add it to the OP Bug fix list

For this fix, is it "More">Mobile Networks" and then uncheck the boxes?

No, you go to "More" >"Mobile Broadcasts" and then uncheck all of the boxes. It is all of the Amber alerts and such that you uncheck. I'm not sure how or why it works. I just read it in a thread on XDA Forums and figured it was worth a try. So far it seems to be working, don't ask me why or how though? Maybe you know more about why this would work?
