Ok, well, tried all I know and can't get the latest to work. Mind you, I'm no expert. No big deal, I like Aviator 305 anyway. No multi-shortcut customizable lock ring there, but everything else is stable.

Ah! The gapps you offer are for 4.3, and are not comparable with 4.2-the source of the most recent stable!

Love this rom and thaks for all the hard work you have put into all of the Aviator versions. The only problem I am having is mms doesn't work when I am connected to a wifi network. If I want to send a picture or a group message I have to disable wifi before it will send. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance! KCCO

Just rooted & installed SS yesterday, and I sure wish I had done it sooner! Big thanks to the Devs! I think this will be my daily driver. I have one problem on this ROM that also showed up on stock CM and maybe Aviator Blur (can't remember for sure): Is there a way to keep the Hardware Key backlight lit? It goes off after 5 sec., even when the screen is on. Not a big deal, but a minor PITA in the dark.

Thanks for the great ROM. This was my first - and it was super easy. 

 

Ive only found one issue. Any given Wifi tether doesn't work - inc the baked in. Ive tried a few Play ones and my goto app Wifi Tether.

For the baked in tether, I can change the Wifi SSID on the phone and its not updated on the broadcast from my PC's. And it doesn't allow a PC to connect with open authentication.

 

Is there something that I am missing?

 

If I change back to my Verizon OTA 4.1.2, I can tether no problem.

ok having issues with Aviator 3.0.7 on my XT912.  I load the ROM, but when I go to settings and select more --> mobile networks, it says Unfortunately, Settings is not responding

Aviator Blur 3.0.7? This is the Aviator CM thread but no big deal. Did you flash recently? I suspect it was a flashing error. I would delete the ROM slot and flash it again. Also, which version of safe strap ate you using?

Yes I did it last night.  3.11 is Safe Strap Version  put it in ROM slot 1.  which ROM would you recommend I put on.  I love the Aviator ROM.  first one I have done.

I'd recommend safely backing out of safestrap 3.11, and install safestrap 3.60. Then create your slots and flash in aviator 3.07 of your choice.

Second guessing which to Flash...

 

Stable Version...I don't think so...or CM 10.1 # 18 than the Gapp...Not sure if their is a Point of Orgin or Start point Flashing this ROM...

I would do stable 1.0.2. This is still based on 10.1, I've been following 10.2 closely and waiting for the first stable of that before I aviate it to the Aviator list!
