Anyone have any issues with App storage space? I used the baked in SD tool to use the external card for app and media storage and did a reboot. It looks like it 'worked', but if I try to install apps from the play store, they download, but during 'installation' it fails saying there is insufficient storage space... Any thoughts?

EDIT: Disregard... I decided to blow away the ROM I had in Slot1 (had a 3G partition there). Reloaded Aviator again on slot2 with the 3g partition. So far NO ISSUES! This ROM could easily be my favorite of all the ones I've tried so far :)

As a continuation of my discussion in the previous thread, I rebuilt slot 2 today, reinstalled, redid gapps, wiped cache and dalvik, fixed permissions, rebooted. Everything worked, tested sms, gps, and phone. No issues. Reinstalled a bunch of apps, rebooted, wiped the caches again, fixed permissions, came back up fine, everything works. Then, about 10 min later, sms doesn't work, sends, but I get a txt back from "unknown sender" with nothing in the message. Phone still works, gps works, but now no sms. Uninstalled handcent and contacts+, rebooted, wiped caches and fixed permission, still no dice, just weird.

There must be an app conflict somewhere in there. Are there any other apps that stand out to you that might conflict? It might be a bit of problem solving by uninstalling any possible app and then testing sms again. Let me know if you find anything :)

Before I dumped back to my daily I stripped out every app dealing with sms, blew out the sms storage, reflashed, wiped caches etc. I'm sure I could have wiped completely and restarted, but needed to get back to stable.

All AOKP/CM 10.1 roms for me always work perfectly for the first few days.  After that, though, it seems to just completely fall off.  GPS stops working, random reboots all the time, sometimes it's really slow.

You have any suggestions?

Possible GPS fix (couldn't hurt to try, eh?) Is to seek out Google Play Services 3.1.36. Updated 21 June in the market, but I had to manually update it. Got my lock back after suddenly loosing it the other night.

Had a freeze of death today stuck on my alarm screen this morning. This could be my fault as I have two different apps with identical alarm times set to go off, although this never replicated this crash in this ROM nor previous others I've tried. I will adjust one of the alarms to go off minutes later.

For the GPS: Did you get GPS Status, obtain a fix and reset the stats? Someone mentioned downgrading play store too.

How often do you get the random reboot? I had one or two in the beginning, but this version has been great for me :)

Let me know if it still happens. How long do you wait when you get the black screen? And I'm guessing the home keys go on and off when you press the power button? Sometimes you have to be patient and it will come back on

It was just stuck on the "Xtreme Alarm" screen where you normally would be able to snooze or dismiss the alarm. The screen was on but was totally unresponsive to any  button presses. To be fair though, I might have been half asleep and not given it enough time to correct itself. :p Will keep tabs on things. For now I altered my alarm settings via Xtreme Alarm & Sleep as an Android to 2 minutes apart just in case two alarms going off at the same time finally caused a problem.

Yea I'm not a morning person, lol... Takes many alarms to wake me.

I get reboots at least 3 times a day. GPS, I've found, takes a reboot to fix.  And yeah I did get GPS status... was one of the first apps I downloaded.

CM and AOKP both do these things, I might just switch back to blur until they are both more stable.

I have been running aviator aokp 1.0.4.. overall it's great there's few things I didn't liked. Biggest issue was signal... It's harder to get signal and keep losing 3g out on my farm. Also the baked in WiFi hotspot makes it so I can't use WiFi tether app and I don't really like the baked in hotspot. There's few other things but other than those I really like the AOKP flavor.
