RAZR Error: I need help !

Hi !

I'm a new member in this foro.

I need help with my Motorola Razr XT910. I'm from Argentina. 

I need to know how to reinstall the system to my cellphone.

 

I try different processes lei forum but can not find solution. Errors like these are after me trying to solve by using the RSD Lite program file: cdma_spyder_9.8.2O-72_VZW-16_1ff.xml

 

 6/16 she tell me "failed flashing process 6/16 flash motoboot.

 

 

 

AP Fasboot Flash Mode (S) (Flash Failure)

 

Info: Size 16G

To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down

Device is Locked. Status Code: 0

 

 

Battery Low

Cannot Program

Connect USB

Data Cable

 

 

I hope you can help me.

First off, the battery is low so nothing will flash until you get that thing charged

You will need to either buy a team black hat adapter.....

..... or make a "factory" cable so you can get power to it so flashing will be possible again

A while back I had to pry my XT912 apart to get to the battery and tape bare wires to charge it. But that's not the best idea

Besides needing to get your battery charged, it appears to me that you are trying to flash the incorrect file. The file you listed is for the Razr Maxx xt912 not the 910.

 

You need one of the files from here:
