It worked for me I have root again, but I can't get /system/etc/install-recovery.sh

anyways after trying to remove that install recovery sh which didn't work..? i rebooted recovery and im still team win so success anyways i did delete this /system/recovery-from-boot.p

Any detrimental effect to leaving the install-recovery.sh file?  I was unlocked, but downloaded the new OTA and became unrooted.  Did all of the steps above and am now rooted, but cannot delete this install-recovery.sh file.  I've tried every way possible: through TWRP, ES File Explorer and Solid Explorer.  Always get an "Operation Denied".

 

I also tried to create a backup using TWRP and can't, which I assume is related.  I am thinking of trying to flash a new ROM, but a little bit concerned.

I haven't had an issue I realize you comment is really old but I used this on the newest update that was a couple of weeks ago...
