So after flashing and waiting to log into Google, it is mostly working. It rebooted on me twice yesterday, I sometimes have issues getting dialer to work, and I am unable to change my keyboard to swiftkey.

Flash the dark update. It should fix it.

Ok, after scratching my head for the afternoon, i think i got this figured out...

Turning on dark aokp will kill the transparent red power menu, even after you switch dark aokp back off. The only way to get the red power menu back is to reflash the zip. However, make sure you have dark aokp shut back off first, or you will get stuck at the boot animation.

Where are the png for the power menu at? You should be able to change the alternates to match so that issue would not happen.

Never mind check your PM.

They are in framework res, and the 9s that i changed were holo darks. At work once again, so i really wont be able to mess with it until later. The thing that actually took me by surprise, though, was that the red power menu didnt come back once i shut dark aokp back off.

You must have pm'ed someone else cuz i have nothing :D

Well since it is replacing the framework-res.apk which is the back bone of the ROM, I do believe you will see a significant difference in the way it works.

Here is another teaser for everyone.

The link for the dark AOKP update won't work for me. Just opens a new tab says search for URL and I get nothing.

Are you using your phone or PC? I had the same issue using Chrome on my phone and found out that long pressing the link and choose "open in new tab" then it opened up. There is a different link in the OP as well you can try.

That update had certainly improved things. Haven't had any reboots since i flashed it. Hoping everything is fixed for good now!

Thanks :D

MMMMM????? I am starting to thinks that it is the slot. Just had to delete and recreate that slot because of some faulty theme error I created for myself and after booting up a fresh install. I updated my gapps and it froze up as well and I didn't add anything to it yet. It was the Original ROM that I have on my external storage. Booting into Stock going to back up at lease Slot 1 and format the internal storage through Stock to see if when I create a new Slot 2 from there and cross my fingers it is not the internal storage causing issues.

Are you legitimately low on storage or is it being dumb?

The reason i ask is because i once was getting that message when trying to install something that i had just uninstalled. The setup was throwing that message at me because there was some remnants of the app left over in /data/app-lib from the uninstall and it confused the installer. Once i went in and manually deleted the remnants from that app, it installed fine.
