If it brick's then it brick's. It's no big deal to replace a phone.
No big deal? This is what drives up the cost of insurance...

How would you know it's a crap because if you flash it you can't flash back to gingerbread??? Just asking.

Whats crappy about it? Just wondering because I haven't seen anything yet that would make me want to revert back (if I could)
Agreed. So far I'm very satisfied.

I have tried multiple times installing and 1/3 through it gives me an exclamation point and reboots. This happened with the last leak too, I have followed all steps uninstalled safestrap and was on stock .173 any ideas what im doing wrong? Another note not sure if this is possible but i was wondering if anyone who installed the leak and has now reinstalled safestrap if they could make a backup in safe mode (logging out of google acount of course) and then posting that zip so i could flash to my phone that way?

This build is working great!

That's too bad you're having so many issues. But it seems like your complaints are somewhat general....."apps not working" - well which ones? I have about 20 apps installed and they all run just fine. Battery issues? - My phone runs about 15 hours with moderate use during the day, which was comparable to GB. Flash player works just fine - if you get an error that its not supported that's a generic Adobe warning but flash videos still work for me. I stream music through Google Music while working out, both with wifi and without and it works fine either way. Obviously you are one of those unfortunate people who hasn't had one thing go right, while many of us are happy with it.wasted space on home screen, apps not working, dislike the keyboard compared to GB keyboard. some of the icons i find ugly, battery raper, restricting background data leaves a notification in your notification area you cant gett rid of, im having troubles with lots of music streaming apps (pandora, googlemusic) they dont buffer when screen is off. as soon as i turn screen on they start buffering again or after i restart the app, screen brightness at zero is a lot uglier then screen brightness at zero for GB. having flash player issues since flash is no longer supported in ics, some how my phones display used 42% of the battery in 5 hours with only 25 minutes of the screen actually being on. i dont think and i hope this isnt the official ics for razrs. im forgetting a few other issues i was having but i cant thin of them right now
Edit- slow home screen response when trying to move apps around, added bloatware, the process to uninstall apps from the app drawer, phone seems to run a little warmrt, USB connections no longer includes a charge only option

Has anyone gotten Chrome Beta to work with this build? It shows up in my Play Store but with no option to install it... weird?

Did I say anything about insurance? I've never purchased it, on any device.

Yeah, for some reason when someone mentions replacing their phone others assume that means some sort of fraud but there are plenty of us that can afford buying a new phone.

Thanks thats what i did too , its a shame i can not get it flashedI get that all the time. I force a restart and it boots up fine

OK if someone wants to try this they can I fixed a friends RAZR with thus method.
1) uninstall all your drivers + MotoHelper.
2) Reinstall driver's and reboot pc.
3) Get the 173 system.img and the grfs, aka webtop from 173 fastboot files as well.
4) Open a cmd window on PC, where you put the two files. "Make sure you have the moto-fastboot files".
5) Put phone in AP fastboot mode.
6) Type moto-fastboot.exe flash grfs grfs.img
7) Type moto-fastboot.exe flash system system.img
8) Type moto-fastboot.exe reboot
This will flash the 173 system and webtop on your phone. You will still have the ics kernel and radios. After you boot up now try running RSD Lite, the 173 package, with the swapped out XML file. You can get all the stuff needed to do this in my thread "How to unbrick your RAZR, go back to stock"
Like I said my friend got it to work I don't no if it 100% will but its worth a shot.
I'm currently out with my family visiting a family member in the hospital so I have no access to a PC.
Good luck and god speed.
All DEV'S are looking at multiple ways to fix this issue. I can assure you that we are doing anything we can and reaching out to all resources we have. Thus is are main priority, and hope to have a fix as soon as we can. I thank the kind emails I have received from some of you, with your support. Everyone at DROIDRZR is working are butt's off to get you guys back on path.
Thank you.
