Keep what you have for now. This will take you off the upgrade path.

i do not understand what you mean by that

i want to use the new ics build, so where do i download the ics file as it says "Files pulled"

He means this leak is a one way street. You can't fast boot to 173 or 181 yet. In other words you would be stuck on this leak even if OTA comes out. Our developers should come out with a solution soon. Until then I'd hold off

I managed to upgrade to ICS without having to wipe my phone and it seems to be working fine. Anyone else managed to install it without wiping?

I never wiped anything. Installed it but then wiped cache partition afterwards. That's it. Made it faster so dvm could re-odex files.

It means that if you install this to your phone, That will be the end of any upgrades for you. There`s a problem and they are working on it as we speak, so. Your better off staying on what you have. It`s not much of a difference at all, if you`re already on ICS anyway. If it`s puled, there is no way to get it and it`s for good reason. It`ll be back up when everything`s gtg. Hope this helps.

Can't you just reinstall safestrap, factory reset & wipe partition, and reinstall you 181 build stock rom back up zip file so you can get official ICS when it comes out?????

assuming you are running or someone is running this leak

can anyone confirm if Flash video works on this build? (like try to watch livestream on own3d.tv or twitch.tv)

I have an Epic 4G touch with ICS leak on it and flash video on that phone is working fine but driod razr is not

Yes, I can confirm Flash is good to go. No more message saying it`s being disconbobulated.

I`ve only checked to see if it worked, really haven`t spent much time to tell. Give me a few and I`ll be glad to check for ya.
EDIT: Went to own3d.tv and everything played a little choppy over 3g, Switched 4G back on and ran it great, actually better than I`ve seen before.

Some may have gotten lucky but, most are having trouble. It`s really best to stay on the old ICS leak if your there and if not, you can still get it. It`s not worth all the trouble trying and maybe bricking your phone for what, Working flash and a few minor improvements, Naa. You may be one of the unlucky ones like me that are stuck for the moment. Haven`t tried ICS Bootstrap, but heard it worked. I still have root.

Seems like the .85 update has the same issue, so there is a good chance this would have been an issue in a few weeks anyway when the official OTA drops.

Can anyone confirm the instructions arcane posted will unbrick you if you sbf and brick? If so, I will probably try to sbf off this build tomorrow.

Well I've already upgraded to it but I haven't tried to go back yet no need.

Per arcane and others this fix for failed rsd will not get you back to 100% but your phone won't be a total brick

I'm loving .84. Id rather be stuck here than stuck waiting on something that will probably come in another month or two. And I'm sure the unlucky people like me who got knocked off the upgrade path will surely not be forsaken by the devs!

For anyone who has the leak installed, is the gallery still super laggy when using pinch to zoom?
