Seems like everyone should settle down. It's been 5 hours since the leak went public. Someone will come up with a fix. Plus I think some people said they tested going back and it worked. They just need to post the correct steps. Everybody wants the free leak prior to official release but then is ready to burn people at the stake when there are bumps in the road.

No problem, I know. Just sucks that there was even an argument over this thing to begin with, and both parties claiming to have checked, when apparently nobody did.

I'm mostly curious, due to the fact that a post was removed, due to the fact that the checkers of all things checkable hadn't checked that, but they they repost because it is checked and confirmed, so i don't think they would put up something like this after all that, so i'm guessing it's a joke that we cant go back, i mean it has to be .

right?

seriously though, if we cant get back, someone will figure it out sooner or later. anyway's i did the 10% battery mod....

seems to be working fine! so thats good

I dont see the ironey at all.

I TESTED THIS FOUR TIMES AND WAS ABLE TO FASTBOOT BACK USING RSD LITE EVERY TIME AND HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT HAS TO BE A ISOLATED INCEDENT ON CERTAIN PHONES.

I retract my not checked argument, but if it`s isolated then why has`nt anybody else claimed they`e been able to flash back. Just a thought.

We all need to settle down and be patient. Someone may be able to fix this. If not at least we have ICS.

I 2nd that too. There are always going to be people that flame. We all need to be accountable for doing anything to our phones. With that being said I'm sure it is hard to ignore the few loud ones that are complaining and placing blame but if we all work together we can find a fix I'm sure.

I think rooting itself is taking a risk to brick your phone. If no one wants to take a risk, either stay on stock or get an iPhone :)

None of us should be mad! 1 yes they said it was tested, but 2 they said .. and i quote "As usual, we at droidrzr.com are not responsible for any errors, bricked units, thermonuclear war, etc related to anything posted on this site. You accept all responsibility for your actions by using these files and agree that you're not going to swap out your unit with VZW/Moto/Insurance when you screw it up. "
in big red letters. We all take risks and we all know that each of these phones are just a little different. So no one has the right to be MAD about not being do fastboot back, (as of yet) as i'm sure it will come eventually.

I kind of agree but why post that fastbooting is possible if it truly isn't?
Maybe arcane can inform the group on the process he used during testing.

I'm mad ! At myself for being a crack flasher. I just can't help myself. Hopefully i can flash again soon. If not i guess I'll just have to deal with the withdrawl.

Iphones are OK for people that don't like playing... lol. Definitely just not for me. Especially with those tinsy screens! Haha

I had an iPhone for 14 days. Even after jailbreaking and modding the heck out of it, I wanted to throw it through a window by then. Unfortunately, when you're used to widgets and being able to do with one program that which takes multiple programs in ios, it was too hard for me to adjust. That and I just love android phones. The devs aren't primadonnas here either. :o)

i dont think arcane actually did test it, think it's more of a team effort and he tested other things not that exactly, a few post up is a post on how to make your phone work for know on ICS .84 wich should be good enough untill they can resolve the problem. I DONT KNOW THIS PERSONALLY, I DONT SPEAK FOR ARCANE, just saw that post, and my guessings
