I copied what you posted and I'm able to send and receive mms. No idea, I didn't change anything.

Can you check what the mcc and mnc ports are?

I'm a crack flasher :/ I flashed cm 10.2 today just to see where it's at. I'll be back to Xenon when RC3 drops sorry man.

Well what settings do you have for that? I just need those two ports as I think they are what is causing my problem

So I tried to install this twice, once with Gapps and using TIBU Update to reinstall apps.  I was able to boot and all, but the launcher got hung up when I installed Apex.  When I hit home, it would give me the choice, I would select "forever", hit APEX and it would stall.  Then when I hit HOME again, the same thing.  A reboot did not solve this.

 

The second time, I only installed the ROM, and then just Apex.  Same thing happened.  

 

So I went back to another ROM for now.  I'm anxious to try this one some more, but the launcher thing is a surprise to me.

Go into the settings and under ROM settings>UI Settings and look for Alternate app picker

For mms settings just try changing the access points to Verizon internet and just toggle airplane mode off then on and it should work

WTh I've been messing around with settings for days and would think that rebooting it would work but this worked for me! Thanks a lot

NOTE: In order to get XenonHD 4.3 to autoflash with OTA updater, you need to have gapps 0813 (or similar) in /sdcard, and change the name of the gapps file in settings. The filename issue is resolved in the stable release.

Bluetooth won't stay on... Same issue with RC2. The toggle turns on, stays grey, and then turns off.

Also, MMS still doesn't work and the solutions in this thread are not working for me either.

This was on a clean install, wiped everything, and started over.

Nevermind. I'm just going to go back to the cm10.2 nightlies. Everything works out of the box; BT, MMS, everything. Really interested in this ROM just not wanting to deal with trying to get it to work. I'll keep my eyes open for when this is legitimately stable for this device!
