Just make sure you have a backup of your current stock. I have personally went back and fourth with this ROM and stock no prob. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a issue for people that took the ota update Verizon pushed out and keeping a unlocked bootloader, which you will need.....so do some research on that first.

If you are rooted and have unlocked bootloader then your all set. Make a backup and follow the instructions in the beginning of this thread.

Oh, I've been ready for this announcement for a while.  Can you give us any details right now, or will we have to wait?  For instance, how's the battery life?  Some 4.3 ROMs so far have had some pretty significant battery drain over their 4.2.2 counterparts.

I'm going to be making the release build either tonight or tomorrow... We're also changing this from Stable to RC1 because there's still a few bugs to tackle.

I'm excited to see what you guys have been up to with this ROM!  Thanks for all that you do pcarenza-I haven't spent much time with this ROM in a couple months but you have been one of the most responsive and dedicated devs I've seen on any device-I'm greatly looking forward to watching this grow.

OK, uploading now... should be up at xenonhd.com by the time you read this! Please back up before you flash this - there are some known bugs with switching between wifi and LTE, and some force closes in notifications still. Also, no tethering yet.

I just clean installed the 9/29 update, factory reset and all.  More than once, in fact.  So, simply put, Superuser doesn't work for me.  No matter what root app I try, the request simply doesn't seem to go through.  No prompt, nothing.

Alright, I've tried flashing an su binary by itself, as well as Chainfire's SuperSU.  I've redownloaded and reinstalled the ROM.  I'm about ready to do a total wipe, including my internal storage, and see if that somehow changes things.  It shouldn't, though, should it?

I am having issues with sending MMS picture messages. They just sit saying "Sending"... Anyone else?

I also do not have root. I expected it to be baked in, but ES file Explorer fails when attempting to mount system. Superuser is built into the settings menu, but...

By all means, it should be baked in. I even checked /system for the su binary (before my extra attempts at adding it), and it's there. Root apps just can't get access to it, for whatever reason.

I'm going off memory here as to where it's located, so forgive me if it's not exactly where I think.  Did you enable root?  It's disabled in 4.3 on a lot of roms.  I think you go to settings>build number>tap it 7 times and developer options are enabled under settings.  I believe root access is in there, you just have to enable it.
