Noob Need help pls. i have a verizon droid razr maxx hd but i'm using it in the Uk, hence i have trouble getting my apn to save and most importantly i can receive BUT NOT SEND SMS!!!

any idea guy? I was thinking using the xt925 of the rom but i dont know if it will be compatible with my xt926

Edit: i managed to save my apn by taking the sim out first and then typing the settings in! they seem enabled but it doesnt connect to mobile data for some reason even though its enabled in settings!

Hi, yes you can use xt925's ROM, it is your best solution it is totally compatible, but if you insist to use xt926 there is an easy fix, but you have to do it every time you  update your ROM

I just did a search of this thread on the sensors and saw some discussion but no resolution (that I could find).  Has this one been worked out yet?  I noticed this am almost by accident that the sensors were all off.  I thought something should be rotating, but after on/off/on/off of switch, no impact.  I then went to Elixir2 to check, and sure enough, nothing was on.

A reboot restored the sensors so they do work.  Any thoughts?

The reboot worked - I'll do a wipe now and see if it stays on over time.  THanks!

Didn't have screen of death ever - but when I do get a call, then end it, the black screen remains for a while.  Is that what you are referring to?  If yes, then yes.  If not, then no issues here.

it might be the same, it does't happen every time i have a call, maybe once in day, and not must to be after call too, but it might be black screen for a while like you saying, i just don't wait, i press power and volume + and - to reboot

I have noticed (for me anyway)...The first call I receieve or make after flashing a rom, the screen does not come back on...I just press the power button and it's fine.  Subsequent calls are fine :D

Ah, thanks. With all the questions I was asking lately, I was shy to ask this one more! :p

There is a setting under ROM Settings -> LED -> Enable LED while charging, I have turned this off and on and doesn't seem to stop the charging led light. That could be for notifications and not the charging LED though?

Lock screen is slow sometimes, but no SOD. It's mainly due to rotation. I see it on my Nexus 7 too.

Flashed 6/18 final and got my first blue flashes (dirty over 6/14 wipe both caches), Changing hardware overlays stopped them (was happening while i navigated to the hw overlay checkbox and stopped by the time I picked my finger up from touching it.)

I did change the build prop as noted previously (both) and reboot, no flashing since. Never an SOD, yet.

I'm pulling my hair out trying to fix this one. I'm able to turn off the charging LED, but it also disables the flashing LED notifications too for some reason... it's totally out of control.... lol I'll keep investigating.

6/19 is the latest. It's got the build.prop changes already.

SOD is probably not a true SOD, just need to wait a few seconds especially if you have a rotating lockscreen.

Very smooth ROM! Thank you!

A couple of things I've noticed...

1) Poor reception on every radio except for WiFi

2) GPS does not work (am I missing sometthing?)

3) Screen takes a while to turn on when trying to end a call

4) Sensors go dead a lot, reboot fixes them for a while.

Mind you that I wipe EVERYTHING and do a factory reset with every update (Im currently on the 6-19 build)
