The 6/16 build is the one that should work. It's been built clean with every fix that dhacker and the rest of the qcom dev team have made to date. It also comes with a specific fix to address app force closes due to Open GL. I'm seeing more reports of it working, which is heartening. At this point, there is not much more I can do.. esp since I can't reproduce the issue and wouldn't know where to begin. The best advice I can give is to disable overlays as suggested above (which essentially uses the GPU over software), or try a factory reset or flash on top of a good backup.
Getting started on adding more features with the rest of the team to this ROM, hope you guys enjoy the same speed and smoothness it's provided me for the past couple of days. Those FC's and SODs were a big hurdle, but I think most of the issues are behind us in that respect.

I'm on 6/16 which shows 6/15 under settings and have no blue flashes. I've flashed just about every update the last 3 to 4 days and have never seen any blue flashes that you guys are talking about. I did a complete wipe after one of the updates this weekend, I can't remember which one. The only thing I've done is mount then format system one time. I think someone mentioned titanium being the problem but I have that installed. In fact I don't think I have a single problem except not being able to turn off charging LED.

I tried a few things in build.prop with the charging LED, no luck yet. Still trying a thing or two...

Well I just dirty flashed the new build over a stable backup and no blur flickers. Interesting....
EDIT: Spoke too soon. Still flickers.

Just uploaded a new build. I think I might have forgotten to push the repo remotely before i built on the nightlies machine. oops!
It says 6/16 but trust me it's the latest and supercedes other 6/16 builds.

If you're still getting the blue flicker try this... I reverted a single commit.

-Did a factory reset and loaded 6/15... had blue flicker
-Booted to recovery and made nandroid backup
-Restored an earlier version, no blue flicker
-Upgraded to 6/15, got blue flicker back again
-Restored my 6/15 nandroid, blue flicker DISAPPEARED!
I also stopped using the MSM governor... now I'm on OnDemand with Noop. I had turned off all window animations but turned them back on. I haven't made any prop changes. I use Nova launcher, but never saw blue flicker there ... only saw it in menus, gmail, g+, etc.
Hope this helps? I know it's frustrating. Lets hope another bug is found that eliminates it for good.

Guess I'll have to stay with previous builds. Disabling hardware overlays seems to lessen the flickers, but they're still there. Thanks for your efforts.

The way I cured my blue flicker doesn't make sense but this is how...

Doing a nandroid restore wipes all previous data before it restores the backup...hmm

Exactly... restoring 6/15 with the blue flicker, in my mind would have brought the flicker back, but for some reason it didnt. Like I said... don't ask me how... it just worked.
