This thing is pretty dang debloated.  The only ROMs I've seen with less were CM builds.  You can debloat and freeze with TiBU or similar apps.  Like Tim said, his BlackWhite theme blacks out PlayStore and several other apps.  For others, I also use inverted apps by BBoy.  These can easily be found on his website or XDA.  My FB, Instagram, Chrome all get inverted. 

 

I also dug around the internet for quite a while and couldn't find anything specifically talking about the debugging issue.  Just to be sure I wasn't losing my mind, I restored my backed up Rage ROM and debugging worked as advertised.   :

 

Hmm, Thats good to know about RAGE.  Maybe I will get BDH to take a look at what I have and see whats different! I still haven't given up on you guys.  I think I have the rotation issue fixed.  Now back to usb debugging.

Do you have a list of specific apk files you want gone?  They can be found in /system/app

 

You can look around for inverted apps on the forums, here or xda.  I use apps by B-boy when i choose to invert.  However, I will probably not add inverts to my base theme.  If you want to add inverts to your phone, you can always flash my

Globalunplug.apk should be removed

calendar.apk should be replaced by the google calendar .apk 

I'll try and think of more, but for now these are the only two that I can think of.

 

When I used to be on stock, almost all the apks (even bloat) had the option of being disabled in the settings/apps/all area. For some reason, I was not able to disable the moto calendar and a few other apps (can't remember exactly which at the moment) in this defalt way. Instead i disabled them via titanium backup. Is there any reason this should occur?

 

Again, I would just like to say thank you so much for the ROM. I love it.

There's probably some others that I've already nuked and am missing. Pretty much all of the Motorola stuff I'm not sure about. Also, do you recommend using Seeder and CPU sleeper since they are in your ROM?

also having trouble with proximity sensor not turning off screen during call. but again...loving the rom. battery life is great as is everything else. just a few minor kinks to work out.. wish i could help

Haven't seen them, have noticed when I am on the phone (calling) the screen isn't turning off when I put it to my ear. Bad flash or proximity sensor issue? Maybe something mistyped in the build.prop? Anyone else confirm this. Hope it's just me :-D

Not true. At least not true with some some system apps. I dissabbled email(system app) and some of the moto keyboard crap all in stock app manager.

As a Live wallpaper user i belive we've slimmed this Beast down as far as it should go! But too do more on your own i find that "ROOT UNINSTALLER PRO" works great! Just my 2 cents worth!.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I will keep them in mind, however, we are getting close to being so slim it doesn't function the way the masses would like.  Apps like live wallpaper can be disable in Titanium backup if you would like but most people like this option.  

 

Also, always use seeder and cpu sleeper, combined with lagfix, so its up to you.

 

The theme should always be flashed after setting up the ROM then rebooting into recovery.

I am in the process of uploading an update to Dev-host.  I will post a link in the OP when it finishes.

-Fixed Rotation Issue (I think?)

-Added/Removed Tweaks to remove any conflicts

 

 

You are welcome to try a "dirty" flash if you want, however, you are not allowed to come in here and tell me things are wrong if you do.

Yeah, that's an issue I know about...haven't figured out how to get it to go the the setting on the default launcher yet. That will be fixed in an upcoming build. Thanks for the heads up though.

Yes sir, the force close comes because it is looking for something that it can't find.  I thought I had it linked to the default launchers menu, like cm but apparently I was wrong.  So over the next update or so I will either remove that from settings or fix the broken link.  For now, avoid it or it will close.  Sorry guys.
