I used matt's utility to update to 4.1.2 and I just flashed DeadRage. Seems to be working in order after reboot. I will report again later.

Edit: spoke too soon. I was causally watching a YouTube video and it froze so I force rebooted. Then, proximity sensor no longer works and rotation doesn't work as well. These are some screenshots of the auto-rotate options and about phone page.

Well, that rules out baseband...

edit:  not everyone needs to know about that. ;)  Too many bad things can happen in that menu.

This battery life is obscene. Can't wait to get optimized kernels so we can see what she can really do :D

Love my RAZR M

So I reflash it to find of what worked from my post here:

Prior to wiping data on Movement Detection my phone was finding none of the sensors. After wiping its data (and a reboot) all sensors were found and working.

Write in the first post please. DeadRage works well with GSM without any changes.

Pr0digy, just curious if auto-rotate stopped working after you rebooted your phone. Also, I believe LogCat has been turned off so you will need to enable it.

It came back after I rebooted but it was as I was using it that I first noticed it...... :lightbulb: Each time while watching youtube videos. Also the prox sensor during a call goes out. yeah I do need to turn log cat back on as its off.

I am wondering on a few Samsung devices I have seen where the camera crashes till you reboot because an app gains priority over the camera system apps... Wondering if this is a simmular issue.

That is the app I deleted data in, but I was using App Manager in ROM Toolbox.

I believe it is for the sensor. All I really know it that my phone wasn't finding any sensors (proximity, rotation, no turn by turn navigation, etc) before wiping data on that. However, it all worked after with and a reboot.

TIM did you do any modifications to android.hardware with the following classes?
android.hardware.SensorManager
android.hardware.SensorEvent
android.hardware.Sensor
android.hardware.SensorEventListener

Works for me too! Cleared data for "Motion Detection" using titanium backup, rebooted, and all sensors work (auto rotate, proximity). Thanks! :D

Edit: After another reboot, my sensors no longer work. Tried wiping data on that app again and still no luck. Ug

That was the issue I had as well. Wiped data then rebooted. And sensors worked. Rebooted again and they didn't work. Wiped movement detection data and cache and fixed permissions. Rebooted. Sensors worked. Backed up ROM and sensors still work.
Edit: after flashing a boot logo. Sensors no longer work. I think I will re delete data and reboot and see if that fixes again. Then I will never reboot again. Lol

Okay. So I extracted the motion .apk from the zip and copied it into the system app folder changed permission to rw rr and rebooted. Sensors are working again.
