It has the init.d, governors (pegasusq and sio set at boot), and overlock.

Is anyone aware of a method to overclock stock JB on the Bionic? I had previously used Whirleyes extra kernel modules on .246 successfully, but that method does bad things to my phone on 98.72.22 (soft brick). I'm one of the unlucky ones that didn't get the bump to 1.2 ghz with the ICS update, and would love to be able to bump up to 1.2.

take a look around i think there may be one in the thread about swap for the bionic
scratch that i maybe wrong. (I thought this was posted in the swap thread which some of it was but i guess the file host is no longer active so here you go)
TRY THIS IF NOT SCARED I CAN'T SAY IT WILL WORK FOR EVERYONE
This is what I put together a while back and it works for me although i use setcpu with it.
1. Flash this first to install init.d
2. Then flash this to install the files library and other files needed.
3. Next flash this to install the 1.2ghz OC
Now you should be able to use setcpu to lock in the OC
To uninstall everything done above follow these steps.
1. Flash this file to remove the governors and such.
2. Flash this to remove the init.d support from your phone.
There now everything should be back to stock.
As always I, nor anyone here, are responsible for you Bricking or otherwise #@*&!$% up .

Not sure specifically which zip shuts me down I haven't tested them individually. Just tried bytecode's new kexec kernel too. Same result.

That did the trick. Still had to run a script in ROM Toolbox that I had setup on ICS to set the clock frequency above 1 ghz, but the important thing is it worked. Thanks for making this so easy!
The OC script is there. Might of needed a reboot or something.
