1) For the idiots like me (and NoObs...) Could you be more specific about "Wipe everything." in the OP?
I am assuming: Wipe User Data; Wipe Cache; Wipe Davlik... What else?
2) Since this is a custom Kernel: If I use Ti to backup SMS/MMS/Phone Data, will restoring the SMS/MMS to the new ROM bork my phone?
I just want to make sure I have the cleanest install going into this.
Ps. ~ I love you. :

Updated rom to version 3.3. I'm having problems compiling the new commits with the vanquish kernel so I reverted back to the stock kernel for the time being. I added in today's commits to the source. Seems to be running much better.
Once I have the kernel square I'm planning on putting together a stable daily driver build for those looking for a one time flash. True daily driver style.
No need for the crackflashers to worry - I'll still be playing with stuff that I'll release that may break your phone.......

Format system as well.
I never restore system data via TiBu. Old habit because it almost always screws things up. If you really need to back up sms use an app specific for that.

I flashed the update, then gapps then the kernel, all seems fine. Doing a restore with titanium backup will see how it goes.
Seems like your the only one with an updated cm 10.1 with a working camera for us, thanks for cranking this stuff out. Your next glass of milk is on me.

Dhacker had his 10.1 ROM updated before this one.
Just saying.

Most of the CM10.1 ROMs have been updated and fixed.
Marx, just a question. I flashed this on Friday and it wouldn't auto rotate. I looked through the .apk's to clean the motion detection of its data and get auto rotation back. However, there was no auto rotation .apk in system/apps. Am I missing something? I would love to use this if I could get auto rotate. Rotation was enabled in all three settings menus.

Figured out how to get reboot to recovey in reboot options. You have to go into settings --> developer options (make sure its switched on) and check the box that says "Advanced reboot"
I was missing the reboot to recovery option and glad i have it back now
Edit: If you cant find Developer options go to settings --> about phone go to the vey bottom where it says "build number - Orion" and click on it about 7 times til it says development unlocked.

Marx was saying he was having problems with the vanquish kernel and took it out so If I flashed the kernel would it cause problems?

I just read all the post's and I have a question. Since I flashed orion3.3 and orion_gapps and noticed that phone reacts slower and is hot allot of the time, and battery seems to drain faster. I do get that brief static screen right after (warning bootloader unlocked) screen just before the boot animation. From what I understand from all the posts is flash the nightlies??
Only link i found to download it says it was removed.

OK so update kernel .. I'll try that. Yeah noticed screen won't rotate either. No biggie.
Just the phone being hot and the lag is what I like to fix
