Am I the only one who does not have Google maps and gets an error when trying to install?

some thoughts/observations thus far on this ROM:

- very smooth and responsive
- everything works (except for camcorder, have not tested bluetooth yet, though I am confident it will)
- battery life is a major drag: after 5 hours, I'm down to 68% (and that's with a ton of time in deep sleep); thinking that it could be attributable to the wifi signal, as when I got to work this morning, it still showed a connection to my home wifi - but that was only for the first 30 minutes (in which my battery dropped 6%)

- not sure why my phone is vibrating for every notification (did not occur on previous ROMs) - I must be missing a new custom setting somewhere

if I was to roll with this ROM, below are some "nice-to-have-but-not-deal-breaking-tweaks"
- include "Reboot to Recovery" in the extended power menu
- center clock

otherwise, really enjoying the ROM!

to anyone else that installs this ROM, make sure to go into the play store app and change the auto-update apps to wifi only (default was set to either, and this cost me some serious data 4G time). but I don't count this as a fault on the ROM, just a heads up.

by the way, I'm using the option 2 ROM.

There is an advanced reboot option in Dev settings (unlock by pressing the about phone area in settings several times).

My first charge got sucked too fast as well, but I'm thinking my battery stats are messed up from my constant flashing. I'm going to drain, recharge and wipe battery stats and see what that does for me.

Other item to note on the battery - stock is set to 1.892 GHz and interactive, row. This is a pure performance setting. Use ondemand or msm-dcvs with sio for more battery life. Of course dropping max speed helps.

I used Breadfan as the ringtone, don't worry Orion is now an option. I'll add it into this ROM next time I update.

Top 3 covers of all time:

1. Like a Rolling Stone (Jimi live at Monterrey - Dylan original)

2. All Along the Watchtower (Jimi - Dylan again)

3. Breadfan (Metallica - Budgie original)

Not sure. I just checked mine and out of the 1gb space available I have 802mb available. System size is 198 running a daily and breadfan. They're based on the same things so specs should be similar.

I'm a fan of Metallica with Cliff Burton. And Justice I can stomach but after that album they lost me.

P.s. maybe I should name option 2 breadfan......

I actually saw Metallica with Cliff on the Master of Puppets Tour. They opened for Ozzy.. The Black album was decent to a point.

I'm jealous. I didn't see them until 93. Very disappointing because they played medleys of all the good stuff and seemed very robotic. However ST opened which was bad a** and booing Candlebox off the stage was classic.

I saw Ozzy with Slayer and Sepultura. Slayer has the best mosh pit ever. One huge dude standing in the middle challenging everyone than promptly knocking them out. It was sad for Ozzy - he couldn't remember half the words of his songs......

Other memorable shows include pantera when someone jumped on stage and Vinny knocked him out with one punch. Watching the person next to me at cypress hill and running around the Boston garden at the dead in 91 repeatedly asking everyone if they knew the answer to the answer man while tripping balls....

On to the subject of the thread - in going to work on an update soon. Just looking to find the best daily to build off.

Another Boston guy? Ozzfest was at (what was then) Great Woods - do you remember the Monster in the Pit breaking faces??????, Pantera was at the Palladium in Worcester, and Cypress Hill at the Tsongas Arena.....And you know the difference between the Garden and the Fleet Center (I don't care what TD Banknorth paid to name it - it will never be the Garden!!!!!!)  I don't miss the Fall and Winter, but it was 114 today where I'm at and that aint cool....

I'm flummoxed - I don't have any explanation that wouldn't be pure b.s. The dailies I'm running on Breadfan are giving me the Gb they should, I have to assume the update will be correct.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a 3rd party app causing the blockage of the additional RAM.  I would suggest to re-install the ROM again - do NOT auto download your apps just yet, and check the RAM then.

I think the 6.24 build I have is the one for the update. I just need someone to tell me if the Bluetooth works. Any volunteers? The nightly can be found in my other post.
