I'm still building stuff for myself. If something isn't perfect I don't have to worry about making up fake problems just to say something and I'm always respectful of the time I put in. I have an ex wife that has the market cornered on the making me feel crappy, don't need it on something that is supposed to be a hobby.......

Definitely understood. Well hopefully, you will reconsider. I love your builds so far, one of the best cm10.1 yet and with Bytecode getting ready to push a new kernel, it could get better even better than it already is. But I most certainly respect you wanting to build privately as well.

I'm sorry to see you go there so few dev's for the M. Thank you for the time you put in on this ROM I understand what you're saying about a thankless job I work in nursing and most people don't appreciate what I do they would rather criticize. Seeing as you are doing this as a hobby that makes it even harder, at least I get paid.

This is very fast and smooth daily from the new source put out by the razrqcom team. I have added a ton of tweaks in - init.d,build prop, sysctl, cron jobs, etc., etc.

If people would not keep expecting to be spoon-fed, then things like this wouldn't happen.  Devs do this for themselves, they owe nothing to the community.  If we get something released to us, then I consider it a privilege.  Thanks for the work Marx, and hopefully you decide to stick around.  Don't let the few outweigh the many.

Yes thank you very much for this ROM. I kinda just lurk the forums but found orion ROM to be one of the more stable ones. Its too bad some people do expect devs to make the ROMs to their liking when some don't even pay. I don't donate myself (broke as a joke) but I also don't complain when a feature isn't there that I want (bugs on the other hand, if its pertinent that he devs know I'll express it).

It's amazing how ex's seem to be pro like that. I hope your device to keep deving at some point even for another device because you are definitely good at your hobby and the community benefits from that.

The camera works. The wallpaper picture was taken with the camera on this build.

Someone mentioned weird lag in the corner.

That happened to me with a non stock kernel. It also happened when I don't follow my instructions......


I know this isn't perfect, but don't tell me stuff doesn't work when I'm using it. For example WiFi hotspot that I'm using right now.

That stuff really motivates me to put countless hours into something I get nothing from....

Time for a sabbatical I guess.

I wasn't trying to knock your ROM cut you down or be picky or whatever you want to call it, I was only trying to help you and give you feedback and my experience with what you created was in no way shape or form to be taken negatively...I did follow the instructions and those things weren't working for me can preview/ hotspot idk why you're able to get them to work and I wasn't I understand being a dev isn't easy and I know everyone on here is thankful for all the hard work that's put into something like this I apologize if what I said was taken in the wrong way

Keep up the good work. Don't take the negative comments to heart. To have the ability to do what you do. And have people interested in your work has got to make it all worth it.
To show your skills and and enjoy doing it. My opinion may not matter much but I think your doing a great job
