So i recently unrooted my razr maxx on ics, once i unrooted i upgraded to JB using the OTA. For whatever reason JB on my phone was slow and apps were slow. So this morning i decided i wanted to downgrade which now i know you cannot. I tried using the razr utility 1.8 and booted phone into Fastboot and ran option 1 on the utilty and well it finished doing what it was doing but now the phone doesnt go past the motorola symbol and thats it. Im stuck on what to do.. please help!

Don't use 1.9. Use the 2nd link. Option 1

Okay... Are you in fastboot mode?? Are you using the USB cable that came with your phone? Moto drivers installed?? Try a different USB port??

was in Ap fastboot and using cable from phone but didn't try different usb port. I used the same port to unroot so I figured that wouldn't matter

sometimes.... a different USB port can make a world of difference ...... also it is wise to not use a 3.0 USB port... they don't play nice with the utilities sometimes
