Can someone please port this boot animation to fit the droid razr HD . i cant figure it out at all :/

You need to change the desc.txt file. It should read:

 

720 1280 25
p 1 0 part0
p 0 0 part1

 

The 720 1280 is the HD resolution

 

I didn't open the images, but you might also need to change them to the HD resolution of 720x1280. I would change the desc file first and if that doesn't work, resize the jpg files.

 

When you zip the "bootanimation" folder, it needs to be on "storage" compression mode.

He pulled it from one of my first threads here on the forum. I asked which phone because they are in Bionic/Razr resolution of 960x540. Im currently doing the one he asked for now, just optimizing the pngs then its good to go, but feel free to port whatever ones you fancy.

Go for it. I didnt make the first two, like I said in my thread. I ported them to bionic from a deviantart.com post. Id just make sure to credit the original guy like I did in my thread for the first two animations. The third was modified from the first two by me, and the last 2 were made my me.

I should have it for you in an hour or less. It would be sooner but Im running my super png optimze tool on it to cut the size down a lot. First 40 pngs in the boot animation optimized and already saved 400Kbs.

well it semi bricked.lol the animation doesnt show and my phone doesnt boot

Try this one. If this doesnt work Im pretty much out of ideas. The images are the correct resolution, and the desc.txt file has the correct dimensions and folders... not to mention all the images named in sequential numeric order.

 

There is no reason this should not be working...

Perhaps I will sometime soon. Just been kinda busy with the Blurry JB rom for the Bionic.
