This is my first released kernel ever! :)

WILL ONLY WORK ON AOSP ROMS!

Features:

Frequency slot and other CPU tweaks
Custom voltage control
ROW scheduler
Pegasusq governor
Fsync turned off with toggle
Miscellaneous I/O tweaks

Problems:

None known

To come:
More tweaks to make smoother/ better battery life

Changelog:

R2 4/23/13:

Fixed some stability issues by reverting some commits

R3 4/24/13:

The fix for min frequency being stuck at 300Mhz; is now 150Mhz
Disable GENTLE_FAIR_SLEEPERS
Entropy tweaks
Lowered CPU transition latency
Updated Targa defconfig for compiliong for them
Latest commits from upstream CM kernel

R4 4/27/13:
Modified Smartrelfex driver
OCable to 1400Mhz
CPU OC and control
Disabled some Memory debugging
Set fsync on for stability but decrease in I/O performance
Many more CPU governors
Many more Schedulers

R5 4/29/13:
Boot up at 1200Mhz still OCabe to 1.4
Disabled some governors and schedulers
Disabled some debugging

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSTALLING TRICKSTER MOD TO MODIFY KERNEL SETTINGS!

DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING UNDER SMARTREFLEX OR CORE OC IT IS VERY LIKELY YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR PHONE PERMANENTLY!!!
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DEVICE!

Thank you for your hard work!

Yep can be used on CM10.1, AOKP, Pacman, Liquid can be hit and miss. Just flash the zip file like you would anything else.

I tried this with CM 10.1 4/20 build, and it does not seem to load. After the safestrap splash screen, there is not the second kexec buzz. It sits at a black screen with the key lights on. I flashed this and wiped cache and dalvik cache. Any ideas?

Use CM nightly 4/22 and after. They reverted the kernel back to 3.0.8 on 4/22 and I made it from those sources.

Ahh, gotcha. I will wait until the sound bugs are gone to install 4/22 or after. Thanks.

Didn't know there were sound bugs lol

This kernel was made for the RAZR as that's what I own, so I'm not too in touch with what Bionic has problems with. This version specifically was compiled for Targa.

Yeah, ringtones do not work, you cannot hear the other person in a phone call and they cannot hear you. This does look promising and I am looking forward to being able to overclock once you get that added.

Maybe a dumb question, but will this work if my stock is jb ota? Obviously, not on that slot, but i was thinking about cm10.1 on slot 1,with this because it seems like it would work independently, but i dont know enough to say that for sure. Will it work? Will i brick? Thanks

This may be a dumb question, but will this allow us to use the HDMI out connection and connect the Bionic to the TV?

Only ROMs that are moto base will have the HDMI connection feature. It is a moto thing not a AOSP thing. So if you like and do it stick with the custom ROMs that are based off of the OTA.

Bytecode

I am currently running Avatar on slot 3 with a fully stock OTA Bean on Stock slot. Will this work with Avatar or should I just try it with the ROMs that I have seen in this tread.
