what would be wrong with my phone guys? i had cm10.1 and after a while it started going slow as hell. i downloaded pacman rom tried it. even worse. well i finally deleted my rom slot and installed blurry on rom slot 4. and its even slower then every rom ive put on it. any help?

I'm not sure. I can only speculate since I haven't had these issues. I run it on ROM slot 1. Maybe its possible the slot makes a difference? I've heard that it can, but have never seen any evidence to prove it. I also completely delete a slot and recreate it every time I install a ROM. Wiping cache and dalvik cache every once in a while seem to help a bit too.

i think ima use house of bionic and go back to stock cause i accedently deleted stock anyways. and if its still slow then i guess its my phone

FWIW, I'm on ROM slot 2 with no issues. I also delete slot and do all four wipes before installing.

if on stock it runs fine with no lagg. but if i install any rom like cm10.1, flyingjelly, pacman, carbon, and blurry it lags like hell. i hate stock. what should i do

its a safestrap thing...im dealing with it too...it sucks...rom runs good for awhile then goes to hell

I think everyone has a diffrence experience for me flying jelly runs great I just get the insufficient memory when downloading apps its a pain but the rom runs great.  Carbon also runs great but gets slow when it is in the slot for to long so I have to wipe it and start over.  Blurry for me seems to run great out of the gate but when i flashed the edge theme it was unusable it lagged so bad I had to delete it.  I tried a fresh install with the same results.  Bottom line we are asking these phones to do things they were never meant to do deal with it or go back to stock that is your only choice.  I am personally waiting for the x phone to see if it is deserving of my upgrade if not I will keep the bionic until a killer phone comes out.

You probably need to create a larger slot if you are getting insufficient storage error

your lucky...stock does ok...kexec i only get about a week or so

I'm actually trying an experiment. Just upgraded the wife's bionic to jb, rooted, installed rom on stock, uninstalled ss. Just waiting now. Sent from my DROID BIONIC using Tapatalk 2

Strange. I don't have any issues on my phone with ROMs.

Seriously though, it's been said that the way SS/BS was implemented in Omap phones, there could be issues in time. It's writing to RAM ..just like a thumb drive. At some point it's going to wear out. Just don't know exactly how many writes your phone or Billy Joe John Bob's will do before completely crapping out.
