Yes, but make sure you are flashing it on top of 2.5. All the updates have to flash in sequential order on top of each other. So flash Blurry 2.4 which is the full rom. Then flash 2.4.1, then 2.5, then 2.5.1. Thats why we use OTA updater, since it can make things easier for the user. If you choose to use OTA updater instead just navigate to Settings>Blurry Updates. It will automatically download and flash the update and then give you a notification for the next update on reboot. When the next big update comes out, it will be a full rom so the updates arent such a burden.

I keep having issues where the service randomly drops off and I cannot get it to come back on. I toggle airplane mode, i try wiping cache, i had to go back on stock for now. Any ideas??
I am going to try a fresh install and see what happen... Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks. Did as you suggested, flashed 2.4, then each update in sequence. Syncing and restoring TiBu, all seems to be okay so far. Thanks!

Is there a way to adjust the shade of black in the inverted gmail? I cannot see the send button. I thought maybe I'd flashed wrong and it wasn't there, but when I hit the spot where the send button is, email sends. Is there a transparency setting I can adjust? Thanks.

Download an app to root uninstall from the market. Something like Root Uninstaller, Uninstall Master, or Titanium Backup. Uninstall the Gmail app then reboot and Install the one linked below. This will be fixed when the next update is released.

Actually, Ive has this issue. I believe it has something to do with SafeStrap and the slots. When it happened to me, I backed up my apps and data with MyBackupPro, rebooted into safestrap and deleted the slot. Then recreated the slot and reinstalled Blurry. Ever since then I havent had any issues. Give that a shot and if it happens again let me know.

One more question, Google search bar and Google Now force close. Rebooting doesn't fix this, any thoughts on what else I can try? Thanks.
Did you update Google search from the Market? I think I read in another post that if you don't update it, things like google voice will FC.

Do you recommend a certain slot over the other? I haven't seen anything on this forum about Blurry needing a specific slot... not that I remember.
I have a noob question too, how do I use tweakerz in system settings? I can't seem to do anything with the "extra kernal modules".

I've run blurry in both slot 2 and slot 3 and it works fine in both. Can't help you with the Tweakrz question though.

Slot number shouldn't make a difference.
The other two modules aren't needed on our phones. You can swipe to the right 2 pages and there you can change the frequencies and millivolts yourself, but they won't stick after a screen lock unless you delete my special governor script. Which is written to save massive standby battery life.

Heres an example of the standby battery life because of my script. I havent used my phone much to test this.

It says my version is current. Over the weekend I need to delete Gmail and reinstall with the link Markus provided above, I'll try delete google search as well and see how that goes. Thx.

Deleting and reinstalling resolved this. Google search and google now, now working fine.
Someone in the thread said they had wifi issues. I could not tether using mobile hotspot. My password defaulted to the one the ROM issued, I assumed my password carried over from stock or other ROMs. Something so obvious, that didn't immediately occur to me, maybe I'm not the only one who overlooked the obvious, so I pass this tid-bit along.

After using and enjoying the Avatar rom for a bit of time, I decided to return and try out this new and improved rom. I followed the directions for the install and have now run into a quirk and I solicit any thoughts. My TiBU is running so slowly. Yes, I am a bit of an app afficianado and have lots of apps but the restore is proceeding but at a glacial pace. Has anyone seen this issue and if so what was the resolution? Thanks for any input.

I'm not sure what is causing that. Try being selective on what you restore? That might help. Or try using a different backup program.

Thank you for your assistance. It remains a mystery, but will try the zip approach and see how that works.
