Well I'll be... :    I just updated to V1.5 and it fixed my music problem.  Yes, I am a happy man

 

Curious. V1.5 Change log said ROM Control.  It was already on V1.4 and I used it.  Am I missing something?

Wasn't fully functional. Had a couple bugs in it. Glad your music issue is fixed now!

I just donated.  I support a team that is making my S3 a smooth experience.  I didn't know what to think after I lost my Razr Maxx, but I needed a phone right away and wanted to keep my grandfathered unlimited.  I knew the S4 was around the corner but I needed a phone ASAP for work and got a deal on a used 32gb S3.

 

I will keep the phone as long as it's supported and will donate again after each change that makes a significant impact on my phone.  The battery life and music fix was a big one for me.  I know the music fix was indirect but V1.5 made it work for some reason.  Thank you for that!
