I couldn't believe how many people I've heard of now that broke their digitizer, you're either very careful or very lucky lol. Sucks about the menu and back keys but at least you have an alternative.
This ROM has LMT Launcher in it in case you don't want to use the actual softkeys. Will save you some screen real estate .gif)

hey i have a problem the play store app wont open and when i boot on my phone it tells me that google.process.gapps has stopped any ideas

I would try reflashing. I flashed this ROM over a dozen times and never got that error. You can try rebooting into recovery and wiping cache and dalvik again as well.

I just tried a reflash didn't work I tried wipe cache and dalvik cache last night so I will wait for 1.4 to comeout then try that one I will do a full wipe when installing 1.4

I still dig the ROM but I noticed that I can't play any music when my screen goes dim. I even use the swipe to unlock with no security settings. I use the same apps that I used on the Razr Maxx just fine (TuneIn, Pandora, GoogleMusic). When I turn the screen back on, I find that the sound has been muted as well.
Is there a default setting that I have to uncheck. I've tried toggling on/off many things but can't get this to work. I just want to be able to set the music and forget it. I don't want the screen on. Anyone have a clue? Is this a problem with the S3 in general?

From what I've heard it's an issue with the S3 in general, doesn't happen to all but happens to most.
I knew it was to good to be true for an easy fix.
