No I was having some issues with my stock where nothing from rom toolbox would restore to it. Meaning my working copy of FalconPro won't restore. So I went in search of deodex stuff thinking maybe that was the reason so then I found the link for your old flashable deodex but didn't realize it became Blurry which I have on slot 3:-)

I have a ? I want to put this deodexed stock rom on my unsafe slot I have tried several times but everytime I lose root.  I can't reroot because of safestrap so I fxz and it roots fine.  So I tried to put just the deodexed JB without safetrap activated.  It still will not root I have to fxz back and reroot.  Is there anyway to run the deodexed build in this thread on the unsafe side rooted. If your wondering why I want to do this it's because the roms all start to have issues after a few days they get laggy and reboot etc. so I can get the 1% mod and the power menu with this deodexed build and I am fine with that.  

 

Do you think it is the superuser that is already installed in the deodexed build causing it not to root?

Your not doing a factory reset first are ya? This shouldn't cause you to lose root, it's only deodex files it doesn't contain the os.

yes are you saying that I should just install the deodexed zip over my stock unsafe slot containing the rooted sock jb

 

Nevermind I just read the op which I should have done in the first place it's not a complete os as you said.

 

Well it is always good to brush up on re rooting
