Be sure your keyboard is not automatically placing a space after the slash in the command line. It took me two times following the instructions very carefully and on the second go round I noticed the extra space being placed after the slashes where there should be none.

any chance of getting root access after ics updated?4got to back up root. For those of you who WERE rooted & protected root with Voodoo, installed the ICS leak & subsequently lost root like I did, tweeted out some helpful instructions to remedy the issue!Disclaimers: I did not personally use this method - before it was available, I had already RSD'd. On my second time through the process, I successfully retained root. Therefore this was unneeded (for ME!) All credit goes to , I just wrote up the instructions! Thanks man, you're a lifesaver Finally, I'm not responsible for any damage you do to your phone!! Read instructions carefully! To Restore Root on the Ics Leak (Edited 4/2/12 @ 12:39PM PT):

Please post in this thread if it worked for you. If so, please hit the LIKE button!
- Exit terminal & reboot.
