I got this working last night with help from some of the guys in the chatroom. Simple wipe/flash worked when coming from Stock 4.1.2. Camera did force close, though, but simply flashing the 4.1.1 boot.img fixed that.

 

Thanks so much for this rom, has stupid good battery so far! I'm not sure how this phone does stock, but after a few texts sitting in an area with no service w/ cpusaver on for 3 hours, I have had 0% drain! What is this sorcery?

 

 

 

Edit: Anyone have a framework-res.apk for this without the nav bar?

Lol. I have had amazing battery life so far. One day I forgot I set my brightness to max and went 15 hours with heavy use and had about 30% left before I realized my brightness was up all the way.

I heard you can't flash stock based ROM's if you have cm10 installed, is that true? bootloader's unlocked with TWRP recovery.

Not true. You just need to flash to 4.1.1 boot.img first. I posted a link a few pages back.

And make sure to mount /system before flashing.

thanks! and let's say try out other CM10 roms after flashing this one, do I also need a boot image? or is it just for stock ROMs?

Since you got it working, you should flash one of the the themes. You'll be impressed, I promise.

CM10 builds come with one already. So no need, only come from CM10 to stock

? thats the point of the no nav bar mod.. you need to use something else to use home, back, etc. like LMT. the point of the no nav bar mod is to give full screen

If you can get to your app drawer and LMT launcher is there, you need to start the pie control and choose the option to have it auto start on boot. If you don't have it, then you'll need to extract it out of the ROM file and sideload it or find it on XDA and sideload it.

Also, if you're unsure what a mod does, don't do it until you've read about it. Every tut out there about removing soft-keys mentions setting up an alternative soft key option, first.
