I have not flash this custom rom yet but I was wondering if you get to keep the quick setting from swiping to the right?
Yes if you use the stock launcher instead of the included Apex Launcher.
Just curious, not a complaint, why isn't kernel built into the rom? Why doesn't flashing the rom retain the original kernel since it has no kernel?

Flashing the ROM does retain the original kernel.

Yes that is only true if you flashed a non-stock kernel. If you're already running stock, or the kernel you're currently running supports stock based ROMs, then you do not need to flash the kernel in the OP.

Will there be an option of switching over to stock launcher in the custom rom or will I have to flashed to stock launcher after installing RageHD? Sorry, a bit confused since I'm still new to this.

There will be an option when you boot up. If you want to test Apex, then you can select Apex and select "Just Once." If you already know you want the stock launcher, then when prompted, select the stock launcher and select "Always."

Thanks. I just install your custom rom and so far I like it. Though, I can't seem to get the wifi to work but I don't use it much anyways. Thanks.
P.S. I found out why that wifi was not working for me. I thought I was on stock kernal 4.1.2, however it was not the case.
It was on kernal 4.1.1 so I updated it from the OP. Thanks for the hard work Team RageHD.
