yea I'm going to need some step by step instructions because its not working for me. I have my phone rooted and bootloader unlocked but I cant seem to get an image recovery so I can install the rom....I'm using a droid razr maxx HD (XT926)

to flash a recovery.

Extract the utility to your desktop using Winrar.
Follow instructions from the thread to run the utility and flash your recovery.
Once recovery is installed, boot into it.
Wipe everything EXCEPT /system
Mount /system in recovery
Flash ROM
Reboot
PROFIT

If he is rooted and unlocked cant he just use the boot image to flash the rom? He must have something if he got this far.Im sorry all he needs is recovery your correct mis read

I think I may have finally gotten it but is there a way to tell if it worked? because I see that it is suppose to debloat the phone but I still have some amazon apps, a game and nfl mobile and stuff stil but I see LMT and power toggle and a few others that werent on there before so I'm kinda confused....(sorry for all the trouble its my first time messing with roots and stuff)

First of all I want to thank you for all your work on this ROM.  So far everything seems to be running great, but I have one issue and I'm not sure if it's related to this ROM or something else.  I've flashed the ROM wiped and all sorts of other stuff, but I cannot shut off the phone after flashing.  When I hold the power button and chose power off or put the beast to sleep or whatever, the phone just reboots instead of powering off.  Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to resolve this?  It's not that big of a deal because I can use quickboot to power it off, but it is a bit annoying.  Thanks again!

Damn, that's a weird one. Is it plugged in when this happens? Or just on battery? Are you using CWM or TWRP. Possibly something hanging around from a previous ROM could be causing it. This ROM has been rock solid for me. If you don't want to reflash, pull a logcat.

I've tried it both plugged in and not.  I'm using TWRP.  I went straight from Stock to this so I'm not sure what else it could be...

Interesting... Pull a log and see if you can find what is commanding the reboot

Looks like it was a problem with the older version of TWRP that I was using.  I updated to 2.5.0.0 and reflashed and now it seems to be working fine.  Thanks again.

So I have flashed rom i have 4.1.2 kernal already wiped everything but system then mount system everything says install successful but when i boot it just factory reset original romany ideas

Just so you all know, I am currently working on a couple of amazing themes for this Rom.  Making a theme blind, and trying to port over a theme without being able to test certain things is hard!
