I'm on Carbon right now. I can just wipe everything, reflash my boot.img from my stock nandroid and then install this this right? The link for the kernel in the first post doesn't work...

you just said 2.9...... yes i believe that would be fine, of course if it causes problems, wipe and reflash.

I restore my 4.1.2 stock rooted system. Let it boot. Then reboot into recovery. Wipe, wipe, and wipe. Mount system and it fails. Says error updating binary on SD. ?

derp on my part. I had more than just system mounted in the mounts tab. Mounted just system, installed fine. Sorry.

Hey guys,


Can this be installed on safe strap? I personally like the stock RAZR HD ROM and this sounds like it on steroids lol I'd just like to trial it for a few weeks then I'll probably just get rid of it and safestrap and install twrp recovery and flash it over my stock ROM


P.s - if you can install it on safestrap do I need to wipe/clear everything since its installed on a different system/partition?

I flashed it from safe strap as long as you are running the stock 4.1.2 ota kernel you should be good

There is an update posted in the OP that will not push through Goo Manager. It's an extremely small update but I encourage everyone to get it. One night when I got bored and was building like 4 ROMs in one night, I accidentally put the build.prop for my RAZR M build, into the RAZR HD build. This update corrects that and is now that actual build.prop for the RAZR HD.

Thats like... meaning that it's cold when im chilling! Lol... mine never said Razr M tho.
