NavBar mod worked just fine. The whole ROM runs pretty smoothly. Its a great tweaked but stock rom, aside from the bloat.

Great job!

I originally pulled the boot.img from the stock firmware when I needed it after flashing CM10.1, it was a 10MB file. When I download this it's only 10KB. Does the one from the firmware contain more than just the kernel?

I flashed the boot.img straight out of the stock firmware, here's what I have listed for the kernel version;

Damn nice job. I like it a lot. Flashed 4.1.2 kernel. Zoos theme. Running nice. Zoo kick rear end theming on play store and through out ROM.

Honestly no one can tell you what ROM is better for you. My suggestion is to try both for about a week and see which one you like better, then make your decision. :)

One thing I have noticed, when I am in landscape the touchscreen does not work to open apps only. Keyboard and long press does work. I just can't open apps in landscape. Any ideas?

Here is a potential bug.  I noticed that while my Exchange email works fine, my appts are not synchng to my calendar.  I checked and everything is set up properly, but it is not pulling in my work appointments to the calendar.  Ideas?

Power button on my phone shows no option for shut down or reboot.  Didn't see any comments on this, but I may have missed it.  Had to use power button and volume down to reboot my phone.

There is no reboot menu option yet.  You can use P3Droid's Toolbox which has the functionality in it to reboot to bootloader, or recovery or just reboot.

there is also some app int he market that does it as well
