No. This is all or nothing. Safestrap won't safe you from OTA fails.

qucik question, the file that you are now about to link us to, i will have to use the cheesecake method, or someother way?I got the update zip and crc file im uploading them to Docs right now where Ill make them public.

So for guys like me who are still trying to understand that Cheesecake = App, not dessert in this case, we should wait for a one click update and not attempt this?

There won't be a "one-click" until the OTA. This update doesn't like being installed without coming from the servers directly or at least being tricked into thinking that.

Yes.
Thought it was wise to check the GSM update servers also (wihtout sucess)
Hopefully we can use the GSM patch on the CDMA rom, as the hardware is very similar =)

Some benchmarks.. I would show linpack but the results are inconsistent. Multithreaded ranges from ~65 to ~75 MFLOPS depending on when an ad loads.

Well I can say at least that this bit of news is helping to make my hangover so much easier to cope with... My night of debauchery notwithstanding, I now have to back up my whole phone if ICS does indeed send all my data to the furthest reaches of space.
